Fraud is now the biggest crime in the Uk and most of it is internet.
Is it time to require users to register, and how could we do it.

Sure, some people are more gullible than others, but at the same time computer virus' are also heavily hyped and usually to sell the counter-measure. |

You mean you need to obtain a government licence in order to speak? No thanks I don't think so, you could speak without a licence, but you could not sell or setup a website without one. Further you probably wouldn't be trusted either by those you communicate with, so no change there. |
