Don't you just love it when the chickens come home to roost. " Do you think adults convicted of sexually assaulting children should go to prison? Rishi Sunak doesn't." Labour have finally worked out, I hope, that the best way to deal with the Tory party is to play the same game as them. Don't get me wrong I dislike Starmer but this has to be the best thing he's done so far.

Starmer should have thought of that when protecting Jimmy Savile when he was the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Typical Labour double standard hypocrisy at its finest.
Pot calling kettle black springs to mind.

They've relied far too long on Labour voters who are unable to read or write English, probably another reason they want the influx of illegal migrants to continue, if you don't understand what they say then they might just vote for you.

Hilariously, the Labour Party were attacking Starmer when he was DPP for weakening the prosecution of rape.

It's just an additional piece of evidence explaining why the UK has continually failed to be anything other than an also ran in the world economy and in world politics.

I'm sure you already know that Owen Jones is a nutter. Just another lost hard-left waste of political space.

Clearly it prefers to be nothing. If ever there was a tactic that signposted Labour to be just as bad as the Tories, this is it.

And unlike you, I bet he has never voted Tory. You are unable to talk sense because you, in a country where many citizens have different political variable beliefs, are stuck in a hard-left political box. And unlike you he has never threatened to vote against the party in an up coming general election.

Poor old Starmer you have to feel for the guy (or maybe not)
He fought with so much passion and conviction to get rid of his nemesis Johnson, that he never gave it a thought that his replacement might turn out to be even more of problem.
Hence the reason they are now hitting gutter politics, their 'cunning plan' has been a complete failure.
Bring back Johnson cries Starmer & Rayner.

It is you who is putting me in an extremist box, you, a New Labour cultist and the most biased member on this forum. Most of the policies I believe in are moderately social democratic, and things that are already in place in most other western economies, eg fair rents and rent control, security of tenure for tenants, etc. The box I choose to put you in is cult member like champion of a bunch of careerists who believe in nothing. If you see fit to have voted for Boris Johnson's Tories, it says a lot about New Labour if they are heroes of yours, none of it good.

Pot calling kettle black springs to mind. Don't talk daft, even Johnson said Starmer was not responsible for not prosecuting Savile, the PPS can only prosecute when there is the evidence and the police did not present the evidence. Starmer is playing the Tories at their own game and mud sticks.
