Labour is haemorrhaging seats and voter trust, figures show....... Labour endured another smattering of defeats at the ballot box this week after a wave of 20 council by-elections were held on Thursday. The governing party endured a net loss of four seats in a series of local contests held across the UK. Conservatives gained two seats from Labour while the Liberal Democrats and Greens took a seat each from them. The by-elections took place across the south, north and midlands, as well as Scotland and Wales.....
How many did reform gain i thought they would do well out of this lol. Do labour still control them councils They didn't put up any candidates doofus...Just you wait to May...

2T Starmer faces Labour meltdown on eve of global business summit....... 2T Starmer is struggling to contain a Labour meltdown on the eve of his global business summit after he 'scapegoated' a minister for attacking P&O Ferries. The PM sparked anger from unions and MPs after he publicly rebuked Louise Haigh for suggesting that customers should boycott the firm...... The Transport Secretary's intervention triggered a threat from Dubai-based parent company DP World to pull a £1billion investment in the UK - intended to be one of the centrepieces of the summit tomorrow. But although Sir Keir's slapdown looks to have saved the deal, Ms Haigh and Legs apart Rayner - who jointly issued a press release last week slamming P&O Ferries for firing 800 staff in 2022 - are said to be 'hopping mad'. Tories pointed to the row as evidence of the damage Labour's 'student politics' will do to the country's prospects.

Not exactly great for the Westminster party, is it? with more and more people desperate to escape their politics and even escape the country.

But we can judge the Conservatives on 14 years You cannot judge a new governments record on just three months, for a start off there has yet to be a Budget Statement, we have not completed a single financial year, everything is mostly as it was under the Tories. Tangible indications of early decisions taken now, and also what might be announced on October 31st will not become truly evident until 1st April 2026. Criticisers of the new government are basically condemning them before they have really got started. You cannot instigate good sustainable growth or repair the deficit, or turn around the NHS in 13 weeks, its simply a case of the Tory apologists been predictable. Starting with nicking £200 from every state pensioner to give £60k pa train drivers a BACKDATED £10k pay rise ,train guards a BACKDATED £300 bonus for turning up on Saturday on top of wages and caving in to unions as their paymasters is how they started And that's not even to mention the hundreds of thousands of pounds of freebies from anyone they can get them from as well as Alli buying them all clothes and doling out loans

I wonder how the Big Labour investment summit is going, considering they've insulted P&O billionaire investors and Elon Musk, who is going to invest in a country that intends to tax them to death, when we have the budget those 'investors' will never been seen again.

They should be done for breaching manifesto pledges, Starmer lied to get in to power, and he can't get away with it, otherwise in the future manifestos wont be worth the paper they are written on, Starmer will destroy future manifestos, because no one will believe a word political parties say in them.
