Is that the best that posters can do ? Criticism of the government based upon how Ministers dress and on the colour of their hair talk about desparation Trust me when I say, criticism of this shambles of a government does not end with the embarrassment that is the minister of state for transport.

Is that the best that posters can do ? Criticism of the government based upon how Ministers dress and on the colour of their hair talk about desparation If you read and understood many of the threads on this forum then you might have realised that the posters have criticised far more than hair colour. A minister looking like a cabbage patch doll while losing the country £1billion of investment is just the latest cringeworthy debacle from this government .

Not read the thread then, fiddles? Perhaps you could get a grown up to read it to you? Perhaps you could actually Grow UP Oh I have, fiddles - having long ago realised the folly of voting Labour. Sadly, it seems that every generation has to learn that lesson. And some unfortunates never do.

Yet more of labours desperation....This from a party who had a £400 million bung which they didn't declare at the GE....And it is still hasn't been verified yet of the total amount thrown into labours pot by Lord Alli.... Labour ask police to probe Monster Raving Loony Party’s role in election shock..... Labour is demanding a police investigation into possible breaches of electoral law claiming an Official Monster Raving Loony candidate was used to help unseat a shadow cabinet member, i can reveal. In one of the shock results of the election, Jonathan Ashworth who was tipped for a major role in Sir Keir Starmer’s government, lost his seat to an independent candidate who campaigned against Labour’s policy towards Israel. Mr Ashworth lost the Leicester South seat by fewer than 1,000 votes after a campaign by rival Shockat Adam focused on events in Gaza and Labour’s reluctance to demand a ceasefire. An i investigation has learned that an occasional campaign volunteer for Mr Adam, Amaar Suliman, also ran against Ashworth as the candidate for the Official Monster Raving Loony Party under the name Mr Ezechiel Adlore. As Mr Adlore, Mr Suliman spent almost £2,000 producing and distributing thousands of leaflets across the constituency during the election campaign criticising Mr Ashworth. Mr Suliman’s fliers attacked Mr Ashworth’s 13-year record representing the constituency. They were headed “Missing MP alert” and asked voters “have you ever seen this man?”. Labour say they want the police to investigate the relationship between Mr Adam, now Leicester South’s MP, and Mr Suliman as they believe it raises questions over the accuracy of Mr Adam’s election expenses.

Keir Starmer’s popularity has plummeted to a record low as he marks 100 days in power. And Starmer’s own personal favourability rating has dropped to an all time low of -26. linkIs this is the first ever British government who went directly to unpopular without first having a honeymoon period?..

It was a blow for Labour when Ashworth lost his seat no doubt about it, but Labour have only themselves to blame. They encourage the Muslim vote because as we all know Muslims traditionally vote Labour. But as Ashworth's seat in Leicester has shown, Muslims are getting organised and they're not voting Labour, they're voting for Muslims.

Is that the best that posters can do ? Criticism of the government based upon how Ministers dress and on the colour of their hair talk about desparation Considering you're telling lies and totally ignoring the massive rejection of Starmer's degenerate government then yes you do appear desperate. Also, PV of Hezbollah may pull you up on your spelling mistakes.

So, with a Budget Deficit the size that the country has, and with visible crisis in such as our prisons, NHS and with many councils close to banktrupcy.
The big question has got to be HOW WOULD A CONSERVATIVE GOVERNMENT DEAL WITH IT ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bearing in mind that before and during the election, both Rishi Sunak and senior Tories all promised to return to so called "Tory values" and cut taxes.
How does the promise of reducing taxes marry-up with a Treasury that has a black hole, not enough revenue going in to cover the spending going out. ?
SERIOUS QUESTION
How does the promise of tax cuts solve the massive under funding and under investment in councils, prisons, schools and our NHS. ?
WHAT WOULD THE TORIES DO ?
Would they do what they have done for the past 14 years and simply further reduce government spending, further cutting local authority funding, further cutting services, reducing investment. ?
We have gone through a prolonged period of very poor growth, under-investment, living standards have actually gone backwards, so its a perfectly relevany question .... WHAT WOULD THE TORIES BE DOING NOW THATS ANY DIFFERENT TO WHAT THEY DID. ?
Its fine to criticise a new government for going in a different direction, or for trying a different route to growth and prosperity, but its a bit hypocritical considering the Tory record.

There was a right wing campaign to lose the Tories the election. It's only clueless Starmer drones who use them as the opposition. However, no government has ever been as bad as this Labour government.

The Tories aren’t in power. Speculation about what the Tories would have done does not mitigate Labours poor decisions.
