Just out of curiosity, apart from the legal question, why is it wrong to judge on race alone? Because that is racist. But it might depend on the job, i.e. if a black person needed a carer and requested one that was also a black person because they feel more comfortable with the personal aspects of the job, and ditto with a white person. I can't imagine many people getting upset about that. Why is racist wrong?

For me. Net zero is something desirable but introduced far more slowly. The fact that the UK contributes 2% of CO2 emissions belies the need to rush headlong towards it. Net zero is part of an ideology. Green politics , LGBGT,white race baiting , equality of outcome etc .
Green politics, or ecopolitics, is a political ideology that aims to foster an ecologically sustainable society often, but not always, rooted in environmentalism, nonviolence, social justice and grassroots democracy.[1][2] It began taking shape in the western world in the 1970s; since then green parties have developed and established themselves in many countries around the globe and have achieved some electoral success.

I can't imagine many people getting upset about that. Why is racist wrong? Because lefties say so. But then lefties are illogical. If we celebrate "Diversity" as a thing, as lefties insist we should, then we accept difference. Therefore inherent in the "Diversity" argument is the assumption that difference is necessarily good or that differences are necessarily equal. And neither logically follows. So why is it wrong to dislike something that is different? Of course, it isn't.

See2 supports the authoritarian Orwellian state so will always try and reduce everything to zero. He won't even be able to answer the question. And you continuously lie and make a fool of yourself with your posts. Actually, I was correct and knew I would be, which is why I posted that. You aren't capable of answering the question, as seen by your response to Sandypine. This is because you rely on a script and cannot be seen to think for yourself. The best we can hope from you is back to back trolling and insults.
