Leading the world in renewable energy certainly comes with costs... Do you know the significance of "Industrial users"?

Another slow day on the bore 'em forum, Zany? I look in at both, but you must agree activity here accelerates hugely when I challenge the prevailing views. And I don't charge anything for it. The idiots on here do everything they can to drive away anyone who disagrees with them, I'm sure that's not good for the forum. The pages filled with, I quote "all net zero gobshites are insain." Can't even be that exciting for you. I'll leave that with you. Why would anyone pay to read or here your prattles zany? But you do supply good comedy..

ZG, just a thought but, why do you think the UK a country with abundant coal gas and oil reserves, enjoys the highest electricity prices in the world?.. Would you like a genuine answer or just something to sneer at? Its just the genuine one takes more time. I have all the time in the world...

I have all the time in the world... Yeah but I don't. Fucked if I'm going to offer explanation to the best of my ability if you just want to sneer. I can give you a real quick response to provide something to sneer at. It sounds as if it's you who's sneering. You may remember a few months ago it was reported that BASF the largest chemical company in the world was transferring much of it's production from Germany to China. BASF CEO Martin Brudermueller blamed the decision to relocate on the high cost of energy in Europe. It's a common complaint from "Industrial users" in Europe but not in China, Russia, India, the US, in fact anywhere else in the world. Let me tell you something, being virtuous will kill the economy and make people poorer which is why the aforementioned countries didn't bother with COP 29.

There you see, its virtue making energy expensive, you knew all along. The last thing a country needs is Virtue. virtuous /ˈvəːtʃʊəs/ adjective having or showing high moral standards.

BMW have moved their carbon fibre manufacturing plant to the USA for the same reason..

I mean, I could have rabbitted on about us keeping energy prices linked to gas prices even though gas prices are through the roof due to Putin, but who wants those stupid facts.
