That is way above his pay grade and comprehension Begum did not commit mass murder. 😂 There is a crime of Joint Enterprise which was used in the Stephen Lawrence case where as I understand it it was not necessary to show who did the actual killing as the participants may have had different roles but being there, with the gang, was sufficient to prosecute both for murder. We know she was there with the killers and part of the gang, so she is equally as guilty.

I think that legal aid should only be available to British Citizens. It's crazy that we provide expensive legal representation for invading criminals and terrorists like Begum (who has been stripped of her citizenship and threw her British passport away).

I am not and have never said that I think she is innocent, what I have said she should have been brought back here to face the charges if any were laid. Why were other people repatriated and investigated in this country but Begum was not? Look this way, while I pick your pockets. 😂😂

This is what the mi5 officer said at Begum immigration tribunal even at the tender age of 15 she knew what was going on and what she was doing. She knew what she was doing’ The officer, who spoke from behind a curtain and was referred to as Witness E, told the appeal it was “worth remembering” the crimes IS had committed by the time Ms Begum left for Syria. He listed atrocities including “the second deadliest terror attack in history” when 1,700 cadets were slaughtered in Iraq in June 2014, the genocide of Yazidis in the Iraqi district of Sinjar and the beheading of journalists including James Foley, Alan Henning and David Haines. He said: “In my mind and that of colleagues, it is not conceivable that even a 15-year-old - that 15-year-old having been predicted As and A*s, an intelligent, articulate and presumably critically thinking individual - would not know what [IS] was about.“In some respects, I do believe she knew what she was doing and had agency in doing so.” For once I agree with you well said

Victim blamer. 😹 She has never been a victim; she knew what she was doing and planned to leave the UK on her sister passport an offence how to get to Syria and cross unlawfully into a warzone, she joined ans supported a proscribed Terrorist Organisation a serious offence not only in the UK but many other countries worldwide. You tried to deflect unsuccessfully calling her a minor at 15 years of age, in the UK our Courts use the term Juvenile in the UK criminal responsibility begins at 10 years of age. You have also tried to defect the thread away from this bitch about others who got back from Syria, some of them have been dealt with even at least one who went to fight ISIS I agree with steppenwolf this nasty piece of work has cost the UK Taxpayers a fortune, the Court has been told information obtained by MI5 their intelligence gathering cost money There was enough intelligence supplied to the then Home Sec Javid to and convince him and justify his action to remove her citizenship Now we have yet another expensive hearing trying to convince out Court of Appeal to restore her citizenship, if this latest attempt is successful, it will mean even more taxpayers' money waste to get her back, then consider putting her on trial for offence she committed originally, and possibly even offences in Syria who knows if there is will our Court allows it If convicted more taxpayer's money, if she goes to prison more of our money, as and when she comes out, more money to house her more than likely benefits on top, she will probably be monitored as well by MI5 and or Anti Terrorists Units more money. Just leave the bitch where she is, she made her bed as they say down to her, she shot herself in the foot her own fault

It's petrifying to think that there might be decision makers with the same warped views as Dappy and Red rum who sit in ruling in the Supreme Courts ... all I can say if there is ...then the whole world is going to be a dangerous place to live in.

It's not that bad at least neither of them will ever be in any position to do any serious harm, worst they can do is vote for Labour

Hey, Ho it keeps the 'righties' occupied.

Do you not believe in our judicial system or the ability of our security forces to contain a girl?
