I don't see anything in the law that says the bit in bold - it's not racist to discriminate against religion. And it's also perfectly acceptable to attack a religion. It's also contradictory in that the law says it is legal to make "positive discrimination" but then says you can discriminate in various situations which obviously allow for racial discrimination - which has always been used to exclude white people from jobs, but never used to exclude ethnic groups from jobs where they're over-represented. It's also not the case that beliefs are a protected characteristic and cannot be discriminated against. For example any political party can be proscribed for a belief in "White Supremacy" though not for a belief in "Muslim supremacy" for some reason. They can also be procribed for terrorism.

But this is a diversion. I'm not sure how it relates to my means of cutting our muslim population by, say, excluding immigration from countries that sponsor terrorism. This is plainly legal - even under our Lefty laws. It also doesn't prevent the removal of specific exemptions from our laws for religions, like inhumane slaughter.

And it also doesn't prevent people from saying that muslims are over-represented in Terrorism. The Archbishop has specifically warned that Society should no longer say the atrocities of Isis have “nothing to do with Islam because the approach restricts efforts to fight extremism". So it's not "racist" or "shitty" as you say, to point out that muslims are over-represented in various crimes such as CSE and terrorism. These are facts.
