Despite losing the approval of the majority of the house, Hoyle remains.
He is not going to resiugn, an honourable man would, hes got to go, hes being shielded by Starmer and Sunak.

The taxpayer funded residence of the Speaker is I believe, particularly sumptuous. Didn't Bercow demand that an absolute fortune get spent on upgrading and redecorating the place with only the best ? Top notch luxury, a view over the Thames and the Houses of Parliament. Once he's out old Lindsey knows it's sheltered housing and an old people's retirement flat in Chorley that awaits him ...... he's digging his heels in hard, and will probably need to be dragged out if we're going to replace him.

Bercow's official residence refurbished for £45,000 The Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, has had his grace-and-favour Westminster apartment refurbished at a cost of £45,000 to the taxpayer.

Jonsk where the Rules MR hoyle broken You asked the same question on a thread that had the answers in the first page . You then stated another thread asking the same thing. It has been explained over several threads and you are still asking the same fucking question . Go back to the previous threads and work it out .

AFAIA no RULES were broken, procedure was changed because it was fair to allow the second largest party in the country to make a comment on this very troublesome point.
