I'm not ducking anything. Of course legally resident Commonwealth citizens would have needed some form of entry visa if they were arriving with the intention to stay.
But that's completely beside the point. What I am asking you, and you continue to dodge by putting up lame diversions, is whether you believe it is a good thing that they have full voting rights in the United Kingdom.
No other resident foreigners have that right (except for the Irish) just as British citizens don't have full voting rights when resident abroad (except in Ireland). In fact, in most countries they have no voting rights at all.
So stop dancing around and just respond to the bloody question as presented.

Vinny knows he's snookered so has to resort to doggerel rather than offer a sensible response.

A decade ago all the Europhiles were telling us all about polls showing that the nation wanted to stay in the EU.
The key thing is that the polls were wrong.
The methodology and the sample size was dubious then and dubious now.
Consider online polls, who is more likely to participate? A remoaner or someone who isn't living in the past?
We had a vote 41 years after the 1975 referendum that Europhiles used as justification for taking us into the EU without a vote in 1993. We can have another vote in 33 years time. We've only been independent for four years. We were in the EU without democratic mandate from 1993 to 2020.

I’ve said it before and Ill say it again .Any poll that asks the question of rejoining the EU without all the relevant conditions is as dishonest as the whatever the ex remainders accused the remain campaign of being . Without that all the polls are irrelevant.
