You took the words out of my mouth. I can't believe anyone is so stupid as to believe a holiday in Rwanda is the same as living there. why would it be more unsafe to live in a city permanently compared with visiting that city? People on holiday pay to go to their destination, usually live in 'protected' areas and are welcomed because they are adding to the economy in the area they visit. Asylum seekers will be forced to go to Rwanda, sometimes in handcuffs but certainly under guard, they will be subject to any sort of treatment the Rwandans deem 'necessary' to secure them. They will then be 'processed' and if the are eligible for settlement in the UK they will be refused and in all probability sent back to their country of origin to face.... Do you know how many British people seek asylum in foreign countries? We will be committed to accepting refugees from Rwanda. But you knew all that.

Because you are highly unlikely to come up against the authorities on a fortnights visit. The unsafe refers to government actions, not street violence.

It just goes to show that Labour doesn't really give a crap and will just oppose everything for personal gain. They really do not give a damn about the country, not that the Tories are really any better.

If Labour are elected they will "solve" our immigration problems by adopting an aggressive open-door policy.

No, they wont continue Tory policy... LOL! They'll give it a different name but the outcome will be the same. Exactly the same as everything else they'll do.

Utterly ludicrous. This place is perfectly suitable for a holiday, but it's also unacceptably unsafe to live there.

Government's flagship (but illegal) Rwanda plan lies in tatters. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-68961058and £300 Million spaffed up the wall on a plan that was never going to work, but had to be pushed through to fool enough useful idiots into thinking the Tories give a damn about immigration - they don't. All The Best

Wait until Labour get in - you'll see what spaffing really is.

Wait until Labour get in - you'll see what spaffing really is. I tend to agree with you, I have no love for Labour. However, Labour would have to be Olympic champion class spaffers to match the current shower of shit Tories. Labour are apt to waste money, but it is usually on something tangible, even if it is something I wholly disagree with. The Rwanda shambles has been £300 Million + spaffed up the wall on exactly nothing except empty words. All The Best
