It has to be said Jonksy if you keep posting paranoia like that then even more people will think you're completely deranged. I am far from deranged unlike some I could mention.

Especially when he makes up so many stories out of thin air. It's all very sad I have made nothing upnand you know full well tat your own links are rubbish. You have claimed that: 1. RAAC was used until 1999. 2. RAAC was used until early in the 21st century. 3. RAAC was used for all of Tony Blair's PFI schools. These are contradictory, so can't all be true. As a builder I'd expect you to have a good knowledge of the issues here, but everything that you have claimed is not backed up by any information in the public domain, so one wonders what your source is.

My sources are well known in the construction industry unlike yours from the BBC that no way supports your claim. Dunno why you keep arguing if you are not a Labour supporter as you have claimed to be.

So which of your 3 claims are you standing by with this "source"? All of them Blair knew the score over RAAC and just preferred to ignore the facts. Steve put up a link to the construction watcht dog with no teeth and you compounded to the dire situation with your link to the beeb. Remember education education was blairs battle cry and no facts or figure were allowed to stifle his desire.

Nothing made up about it. Funny how the lefts princibles go out the window when they have need isn't it? Blair and most of the labour echelon send their sprogs to private schools. This is what you get when arseholes put their own egos in front of safety for others. Unlike you I don't rely on others for their support and in no way would I start a poor old downtrodden jonksy thread.

Perhaps my signature is too small font for your eyes. Let me help you:
'I will defend anyone from attack by false instrument.' Maybe you should stop making made up false attacks

I see you are in your first few words doing what you complain of in others. The thirty year issue was known long before Bliar left office, the truth is that it’s been a long road of ignore and denial over decades that saw those responsible for building regs and safety sought to cover backsides. If the risks were unknown why was its use curtailed? fact is that it’s a convenient way to discredit pre election when the blame lies over many decades and administrations.

I see you are in your first few words doing what you complain of in others. . . Nope.posters who actually read before reacting would see if was a fair reaction to being baited by a sad troll. What I complain of in others is unprovoked abuse (not that 'fuck off' is actually abuse)

If the risks were unknown why was its use curtailed? fact is that it’s a convenient way to discredit pre election when the blame lies over many decades and administrations. It was? Link please to back that. The link I gave earlier says not www.thetimes.co.uk/article/concrete-booby-trap-is-sprung-after-28-years-of-warnings-99kdnzv07'The next year Whitworth tried to get the attention of industry colleagues, and in 1999 the Standing Committee on Structural Safety (SCOSS), an independent safety body supported by the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Health and Safety Executive, called for all RAAC roofs made before 1980 to be checked again. At this stage it was thought that “the deterioration of RAAC planks does not jeopardise structural safety”. In 2007, another report from SCOSS, which continuously reviews building and civil engineering matters affecting the safety of structures, found that the aerated concrete might have a useful life of only 30 years. It advised building owners that they should consider replacing RAAC slabsAnd as already linked to, that SCOSS report was AFTER Blair left office.

Anyway you’re not above baiting others yourself, whatever Jonksy’s character and let’s face it we all have our shortcomings don’t we? he has the cohonis to get off his backside and go and do his bit in the Ukraine twice and for that I say respect.
