No. I never bothered because it is obvious from the relevant figures that it didn't really remotely provide that mechanism. There are probably various reasons why, but chief among them is likely to be a need for France's cooperation in moving people from the UK to France. Back to square one. If my claim is it is theoretical only and not real, you can't dispute this by pointing at the detail of the text - you would have to look at the results in reality. I cant discuss this with someone who hasnt even read it. I end up discussing his imagination.

It makes no odds if i read it, because my claim is that the realty of its implementation doesn't reflect the claim that it allowed a solution (for us). I also don't have to carefully read Star Wars to understand or argue that light sabers aren't real

With this lind of confusion between reality and unreality, you should never be given the right to vote.
I shall now pretend you dont exist. It would make my life less busy reading your inventive garbage.

I shall now pretend you dont exist. It would make my life less busy reading your inventive garbage. If i wrote a 20 page manifesto that claimed Paris was five miles from London, would someone need to read it thoroughly before commenting on my claim? The claim that this accord in reality allowed some method to move substantial numbers of people from the UK to France is wholly contradicted by fact that in reality it didn't

I didnt say that. You are imaggining agzin.
It allowed ALL members to agree in qiotas of migrants to be located according tp current population, respurc3s etc.
But because you havent read it, you have completely misunderstood, or better still, imagined what is in it.
You really have no business discussing it if you dont know what it says and i will not be discussing what is in your imagination.

It allowed ALL members to agree in qiotas of migrants to be located according tp current population, respurc3s etc. In that case it doesn't set to achieve what we need. We need a mechanism to stop them being in the country, not to manage and increase total load.

Typically you neglect to mention that ALL member states do not agree with compulsory quotas of illegals, and in order to stem any rebellion the unelected presidents and commissars are threatening huge fines on member states who don't want hundreds of thousands of illegals thrust upon them. Poland for instance is facing a fine of €600 million, should make the EU popular, lol, yay democracy.

And you have been told dozens of times that the 3 Presidents of the 3 areas concerning EU legislation are all elected. Will you remember that THIS time? More subtly so i doubt you will understand, the commission needs all three to get any legislation passed and it cannot vote itself.

I'm saying that it didn't in reality provide a mechanism for the UK to return to France the large numbers of people entering the UK from France irregularly. In other words, it was theoretical and not real. Just because a mechanism isn't used, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The UK had a mechanism within freedom of movement to deport EU citizens who were not economically self sufficient, but never bothered to enforce it.

Quote: EU home affairs ministers reached a migration deal described as historic by officials that would see EU states pay €20,000 for each migrant they refuse to host - link In the case of Poland this equates to a €600 million fine. You laughingly describe EU presidents as 'elected', but I cant help noticing you neglect to mention who elected them, lol. Suffice to say they are very well insulated from any electoral scrutiny.

The UK had a mechanism within freedom of movement to deport EU citizens who were not economically self sufficient, but never bothered to enforce it. We did attempt to use it - but the results were poor and the actual numbers returned minuscule. So as a mechanism to return illegal migrants it was useless and might as well not existed.

No,but if your reading skill we're better you would have realised that my point was about mechanisms, not EU citizens. 🙄 My reading ability is fine. There are mecahanism's in place for genuiine cases. This dross we are discussing are not genuin and arrive here illegally after dumping all their credentials in the English channel. The tory MP is 100% correct if these parasites do not like the process here to find if they are genuine or not they are welcome to fuck off back to frogland. Funny tho we never ever here any of them returning because they are treated better than our own homeless and those families who are struggling to make ends meet....
