None - does that make me none british? But you don't mind others having to do the dirty work and then knock them for it. You keep harping on about those who come here on dinghys as tho they are some kind of asset rather than a total fucking invaision of our shores. When have I said they are an asset? more lies. I have to admit though you do sound rather demented in your comments.

According to todays Express Italy is ignoring EU Legislation they have had enough
Italy has broken with EU law to manage the migrant crisis after declaring a state of emergency. This came after 6,000 people crossed the border in 3 days. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said the state of emergency would allow for a "more efficient and timely management" of migrant flows.
The decree allows the EU state to bypass some of the bloc's regulations on public bid processes and regulations allowing the Government to quickly build structures for sheltering, processing and repatriating migrants.
The government set aside £4.4million (€5million) for the measure, which also calls for the appointment of a special commissioner.
Some 31,000 migrants have arrived in the country so far this year, which is four times as many as those that arrived in the same period last year.
Ms Meloni has pressed the EU for more action on migrants after more than 31,000 migrants arrived in the country since the start of this year - four times as many as those that arrived in the same period last year.

WE have been here before. They are not 'allowed' to, it was agreed that no sanction should be applied if it was discovered that that was what had happened. You are confusing an act of leniency with a right. Splitting hairs, again.😔 It is not hair splitting it is the recognition that a mitigation of an illegal act is not an allowance to commit an illegal act. Abused women may have the murder of their husband excused in court due to circumstances that is not a right to commit murder.

And in that post you demonstrate your confusion between the two! 🙈 You need to look at Fairer faster firmer white paper and the Immigration and Asylum act 1999.

"The measure will allow Giorgia Meloni's right-wing government to more quickly repatriate those not allowed to stay in Italy, boosting identification and expulsion orders, a government source said". Nuff said.

Nope, I'm merely suggesting that if you put as much effort into research as you do to goading people, it may be a little easier to have a political discussion. A good place to start if you want to comment on migration on a political forum would be to understand the difference between freedom of movement for EU citizens and economic migrants / asylum seekers. Then perhaps people may take you more seriously. Saying that you know the difference then claiming that they're the same is somewhat bizarre. Just a thought. So you think FoM isn't applicable to economic migrants/asylum seekers. Well technically you may be correct but in practical terms you are hopelessly wrong. Both the above categories are aware they can cross borders within the EU and the borders between the EU and non-EU countries, it's why we've had thousands landing on our shores and Med shores as well as in the backs of lorries from as far away as China. All will have been briefed on the ease of travelling within the EU and the excuses they can offer if caught. You are so confusing the situation you are giving me a headache, I think I'll have a Brandy and then just relax and have a quiet time

I think most people are past caring how, they just want it stopped and bugger international law which most other countries pay no more than lip service to anyway.. Le Pen seems to have an answer whereby Britain and France really do cooperate and not the current farce. As I said the EU is visiting its lack of control of its borders and its unwillingness to stop the influx on the UK. Wars have started for less.
