I asked aGoogle the question
Currently, there are 8,106 male sex offenders in the prisons of England and Wales6. Of this group, 81.9% are White; 9.9% are Black/Black British; 5.6% are Asian/Asian British; and 2.2 are Other/mixed (the ethnicity of 0.4% is not recorded).

Statistics is not my strongest branch of maths, but perhaps you can explain your conclusion, because I disagree. It looks to me as if the prison population reflects the general population. |

As I said I did and Black is white is correct,you posted the census figures So if you add up the figures you posted it equals 17.7 % which reflects the prison population as do the figures for the white which show there’s no difference according to ethnicity. |
