Subconscious bias is much like coveted your neighbours wife or even worse , their ox.
It was used successfully by the church to get the serfs to submit and now it is being used ( with great support from the usual suspects ) as a weapon to subdue white people. Irrc the communists were very good at making the frightened masses admit to thinking the wrong things..even if they didn’t . You would think by now that we all can see this for the dangerous nonsense that it is.

It is part of the human system it influences and sometimes controls thoughts and actions. Such thoughts and actions are then handed over to the logical thinking part of the brain where reasons, bias, logic and logical excuses are applied. |

IMO subconscious problems are behind Harry's attitude, I suspect he is still fighting against Diana's problems. |

Several 'unconscious bias' training courses were scrapped in the Civil Service during Jacob Rees-Mogg's time as a Cabinet Office minister. Sounds about right 😁 So does that mean you're a fan of unconscious bias'? Despite all the harm it does. Unconscious bias is a bit of a misnomer. It assumes one entire group has an unconscious bias towards another group or groups. It's another branch from the critical race theory doctrine where CRT scholars and activists believe Western or anglophone speaking nations have set their social constructs and institutions up in the interests of white people. Heaven forbid if I lived in Japan and expected the Japanese to set their social constructs and institutions up in a way that gave me, and not them a leg up. |
