If you mean failed asylum seekers, then yes. But not for those granted asylum or those here legally.

Isn't that only going to be true if the party is based on racism and xenophobia, but as Farage insisted they are not and he'll turf those people out, it actually seems like a good move. It'll be interesting to see how others on this forum react, seeing as there is a lot of antimuslim feeling on here. Reform can only succeed if they are able to offer the native electorate a radically different approach to resolving the demographic and cultural challenges posed by immigration and multiculturalism. There is no space on the political spectrum for another clone of the existing parties and the 'solutions' they propose.
They will not be able to do that if, as you suggest, the party ejects en masse members who display any signs of what you call racism and xenophobia especially if they cast the net as wide as the other mainstream parties customarily do. While at the same time elevating ethnics into senior positions in the party hierarchy.
It won't take long for the rank and file to start asking 'Hey, what's all this then? We thought we were going to be getting something different, not the same old rubbish the old-gang have put out for decades already'.
They could have done an episode of Dr Who on it. The Tardis arrives on this planet controlled by aliens and some mysterious force is making everyone loopy, but because everyone is loopy they can't work out what is causing it.

If you mean failed asylum seekers, then yes. But not for those granted asylum or those here legally. What about those who are currently illegal migrants and not asylum seekers and those who obtained British Citizenship fraudulently?

British politicians would, out of choice, spend 10 years faffing around and wringing their hands over whether or not as many as half a dozen could be repatriated.
If Trump is still alive, becomes President, and stands by his campaign ads, then if they are deporting thousands or tens of thousands from the US, then the pressure from the British public for our MP's to pull their finger out and at least make a token effort might be more than they could withstand.

A little video here that Dan would probably like as I think it is alluding to the same thing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Ygxtgq9xLwIt is about the choice of home secretaries. Now of course Reform have not got to the point where they are able to appoint a home secretary, but imagine if they were. Just what kind of home secretary do you thing they would have and why? Could they get overtaken by this secret force which affects the minds of governments in the UK?

Dan pointed out the obvious the majority won't touch the mainstream Westminster mafia with a bargepole, so reform is already self-defeating themselves.

It's now a routine matter for the incumbent regime to appoint women and ethnic minorities (often the same thing) to one or more of the three Great Offices of State. One recent Tory government had all three at once plus the prime minister.
The current shower also have three, plus the deputy PM.
It's hard to know how to classify Starmer himself, but we do know that only a minority of his cabinet choices are white British men; a majority (11) are female.

That presupposes that ethnics all think alike and that many voters think alike. The time when reversal to a previous ethnic make up has come and gone and realistically the British lost that round and the left succeeded. Unless we take the current bull by the horns the British will lose the next round as well which means accepting our demographic changes both actual and projected and stopping where we are. The scope for repatriation on any scale is pretty limited and will be fought tooth and nail by the triumvirate I'm curious about the 'next round', as you call it. What do you believe that will entail and what do you expect Reform will be able to accomplish in order that the native population can prevail in that stage of the conflict having, as you state, lost the first round.
PS I took a look at the Reform manifesto (what Nige calls their 'contract') and the solutions proposed look remarkably like those already offered by successive recent governments, i.e. a 'business as usual' approach.

The next round is a government actually doing what it said it would do, that has not happened for about 30 years and still they carry on. If Labour do not do what they said they would do, smash the gangs, control immigration, go for growth etc then the next election will be some form of turning point in UK history. As with all government they are selective in their priorities and netzero sits well up the list and smashing the gangs is more like an also ran along with controlling immigration. We have to face the facts that, for many and varied reasons, the British people will not vote for saving themselves directly as a demographic. We move on from this point that does not mean we accept those who have arrived under false pretences or stayed illegally as they are the very ammunition of forced demographic change. A government elected now must show itself to be on the side of British Citizens as opposed to almost everyone else and so far this government are losing that belief amongst the limited number that actually voted for them.

"smash the gangs, control immigration, go for growth" Surely no sentient voter believes that any mainstream party will accomplish any such things in government, what leads you to believe that Reform will be any different? According to Nige's Contract, they are promising to make the following reforms 'within the first 100 days': Freeze Non-Essential Immigration Stop the Boats with our 4 Point Plan
Secure Detention for all Illegal Migrants Immediate deportation for Foreign Criminals
Bar Student Dependents
Employer Immigration Tax
We've heard similar promises from every would-be government for the last 50 years, including the present one and the one preceding it.
However every promise runs up against the same old familiar obstacles, including the legal profession and the opinion-forming class, as well as the vast suite of legislation designed to thwart anti-immigrationists and anti-multiculturalists, so very predictably nothing happens.
How is it going to be different for Reform?

A separate point which calls for a separate discussion, perhaps even a separate thread since it isn't anything to do with Reform:
"We have to face the facts that, for many and varied reasons, the British people will not vote for saving themselves directly as a demographic."
Why do you believe that has come to pass? What are the many and varied reasons?

I suppose all the subliminal brainwashing over the last couple of decades should have told us this was their plan. Every BBC soap has women berating stupid weak men who are depicted as having always done something wrong.

Reform have a policy of withdrawal from the ECHR.

Yes I saw that too. However they are only promising 'reform' as far as the HRA is concerned.
The HRA is far more damaging than the European Convention when it comes to bestowing 'rights' on the undeserving such as foreign criminals seeking to avoid deportation.
