I think Winston Churchill said that HM govt's opposition are not in front of them but behind them - on their back benches, and increasingly now on the front benches too. And "Yes Minister" pointed out that their real opposition was the Civil Service. If the govt has an overall majority it's difficult for the opposition to defeat them - but the Civil Service can block anything they want to and have taken to openly opposing govt policy nowadays. So there are the Civil Service and the Remainers - but's that's just the start.
Then there's the BBC, of course. It was the BBC that brought down Boris by using their position as the State broadcaster to put Partygate in the news headlines for months on end - and most of its "comedy" shows drew most of their material from Partygate or Pinchergate or some other trivial nonsense to attack Boris - such as the flat decoration.
But the obvious purpose was to replace Boris with Sunack - as Dominic Cummings was trying to do. So when Truss got elected she had to be removed too. She did make the process easier by putting unfunded borrowings in the mini-budget but the basic attack came from the city traders (who are pro-Sunack). That's why Sunack said "I need to credit my fantastic team, my friends, my family and of course the UK bond markets." It was the bond markets that brought down Truss and Sunack who deliberately played the finance card to provoke a market reaction.
And who the fuck installed Jeremy Hunt as Chancellor. I never saw that coming. So he's trying to "soften" Brexit - to damage the country further. He previously campaigned to have Chinese style lockdowns which would have completely crippled the country. He's a great admirer of China of course.
Next comes Andrew Bailey - the fat, useless governor of the Bank of the England. He got the job because it was "Buggin's" turn. So a blind eye was turned to his useless performance at the FCA where he did absolutely SFA about various scandals that defrauded people out of loads on money. It wasn't a surprise when he also did absolutely SFA at the BoE by failing to raise interest rates until far too late. But it was surprising when he suddenly decided to indulge in a bout of "quantitative tightening" by selling the government bonds that he had bought during Sunack's big splurge of spending (about £400 billion) to pay for the ludicrous and unnecessary Lockdowns. So this has lumbered the govt with far higher interest payments on it's staggering debt (now nearly a trillion pounds). It was also completely unnecessary to do this and doesn't help anyone at all - except for the mainly foreign buyers of the gilts. SO that's another mark against Sunack too.
Then of course there's the Unions and Mick Lynch of course but there are plenty of Union leaders who are also trying to play political games with their power - to bring down the govt and install Labour.
Then there are the barmy ecomentalists who want to use the climate change "crisis" to try to break the capitalist model. Most of these people are basically Communists who have little interest or knowledge of science.
Then there's the EU who are always in the mix somewhere when it comes to putting the boot into the UK. Many of the high-placed remoaners are probably financed by the EU. The EU pay Turkey to keep loads of mad muslims in detention camps while shipping the ones that get through to England by boat - and then objecting when we try to ship them to Rwanda. And of course the muslims are also trying to take control of the UK by outbreeding us and sending us their lazy migrants - who just come here to draw benefits and make bombs.
Are there any more? I've probably just scratched the surface.
