You idiot Ye gods - Starmer has already apologised for the failings in the CPS he was in charge of and yet here you are pretending it was nothing to do with him.. Starmer could be the next Yorkshire Ripper and you would still be excusing him and blaming someone else..

Yes total desperation and ill-informed nonsense total lack of research and understanding. Saville came under suspicion for sexual offences as far back as 1958 " The CPS is responsible for prosecuting crimes in England and Wales. As part of this it decides which cases should be prosecuted and what defendants should be charged with. It is independent of the police and government.
In 2007 and 2008, Surrey Police investigated three complaints that Savile had âengaged in sexual behaviour with young girlsâ. During the same period, Sussex Police investigated a similar complaint involving a young woman. Savile was interviewed under caution by police in October 2009 and denied wrongdoing. He was not arrested. No prosecution was brought in relation to any of the four complaints, on the grounds that none of the victims were âprepared to support any police actionâ, for example testifying in court.
Savile died in October 2011. Since his death, it has emerged that he sexually abused hundreds of children and women at locations including hospitals, schools and the BBC. " That is why he was never charged or put before a Court no victims would stand up in Court and give evidence against him

I had posted this before, but here it is yet again
Richard Scorer Is one of the countries leading lawyers who has represented countless victims of child sexual abuse. He was involved in the Rochdale trials, in the cases against Cyril Smith, in abuse cases at Ampleforth Catholic College, and acted for the victims of John Worboys.
This is what Richard Scorer stated (Tweeted) after sick accusations were made against Kier Starmer by SICK PEOPLE
"as one of the lawyers who represented Savile's victims, I can confirm that attacks on Keir Starmer over this are totally unjustified. Starmer did more than any other DPP to advance the rights of victims. No DPP can control every decision, but the CPS was much better under his leadership.

That is what Handyman pointed out. Wrong totally wrong , which bit of the Police presented their evidence to the CPS do you not understand what I pointed out was no victim of Saville would attend Court and give evidence against him that is why the CPS could not put him on trial for anything.
