Well it’s obvious isn’t it Had the Supreme Court told her it thought the United Kingdom parliament’s law defining was was, and what was not, a devolved matter was in fact a sack of shit and she was indeed free to hold her referendum, she would have faced the awkward reality that now it was time to shut her whingeing gob and get on with it. And then explain why giving the vote to children and immigrants keen to see Scotland in Schengen to make their invasion of the UK easier still failed to get a majority. With that racist bullshit. I recall seeing an American girl student being interviewed, she was just temporarily in Scotland for her University course and being young and ill informed voted YES to splitting up the Union at the Referendum.
Also I remember the absurdity of Polish seasonal workers being allowed to vote, Sturgeon would give infants the vote if she thought it would help the cause.
Still didn't work though did it?

What I found interesting is that many of the temporary Polish workers voted "no".
Just think, if you had limited the vote to proper resident Scots you may well be independent by now, such is life.
