Are you really saying you cannot read. Scottish Independence ref 2014. EU referendum 2016. Scotland was promised the UK would not leave the EU before the Scottish referendum. We left. Who tried to bind (and had no right to) future UK governments with a promise to Scots that the UK would remain in the EU? Ruth Davidson for one. |

However, the SNP were an anti-EU party back in the day, so to say Scots have always had different views to the English on the EU is a bit of a stretch. The only fundamental difference on Europe that England and scotland had is the religious aspect where all surrounding European nations tried to force, coerce, invade England to recognise the Pope who was the only human who could speak to God. The present wankers in Westminster have always been anti EU and anti SNP. And it was a Tory Government that took the UK into the then Common Market. Having been refused entry 3 times by the French under DE Gaulle. And regretted the change of heart since. And the reason bankrupt England voted to leave the EU was nothing to to do with trade. Some 80% o the Uk economy is banking and the service industry. That is only as good as the last crash and you are still paying for that. It has nothing to to do with trade. I am glad to see they are thinking of sueing Sturgeon/SNP if they waste any more money on indyref2, the UK tax payers and the people of Scotland have had enough of thieving tax payers money to fund Sturgeons fantasies, she'll be a retired OAP before Scotland get a whiff of another indeyref2 vote lol  |

What is good news for Sturgeon Well it’s obvious isn’t it Had the Supreme Court told her it thought the United Kingdom parliament’s law defining was was, and what was not, a devolved matter was in fact a sack of shit and she was indeed free to hold her referendum, she would have faced the awkward reality that now it was time to shut her whingeing gob and get on with it. And then explain why giving the vote to children and immigrants keen to see Scotland in Schengen to make their invasion of the UK easier still failed to get a majority. |
