So why are none of the major Political Parties proposing another referendum? Perhaps they are not as sure as you about what the people want.. Because they know the EU would not let us back in on anything like the deal we had on offer in June 2016 Hahaaaaaaa, good one. Steve you're funnier than Lenny Henry, which in the scheme of things isn't difficult, LOL.

Well go on then show you aren't talking out of the wrong orifice by showing us that the EU would take us back in on the June 2016 position? Or are you going to pretend the public is wonderfully still happy with Brexit despite all the polls.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. Economic turmoil due to post COV-ID spending and a war in Ukraine and Remainers insisting upon us returning to the EU. Unbelievable for those of us who aren't conned by this illusion. Dappy is IC4 but refuses to confirm or deny, allegedly. I suspect I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know.

I feel homeless with regards to political parties. I've nearly always voted Tory, though I have voted both Labour and UKIP at various times. At this present time I can't see me voting Tory or Labour. I don't like all this smearing of politicians and the chants of "Tory Scum". I didn't like the way Boris was ousted. Obviously I'll wait till nearer the time but I'm seriously considering spoiling my ballot paper.
Bit like me
I have always worked on the principle that decisions are made by those who show up and if I couldn't find something to vote for, have usually found something to vote against.
Right now the Tory party needs some Tories to lead the party and all they have is a pair of confused remainers who want Brussels to run the UK. The right wing alternatives appear to be a bunch of swivel eyed loons who think the country's problems will be solved by banning immigration and pouring petrol through ethnics' letter boxes. And the moment the left opens its mouth you realise that what it really wants is a change of nappies.
So unless things change, I think I will sit the next election out.

I agree, the tory party aren't very Conservative right now, in fact we haven't had a proper centre right Conservative party for, a long time. It would be fair to say that today's conservatives are centrists, but Hunt is a frightening development. He is a pro EU globalist who worships China and has a Chinse wife, and has just been handed the keys to the UK. Honestly, you couldn't make it up. I'm glad I'm in the final quarter.

Sorry Steve, but the left has been carried long enough and the county's problems won't be solved by squeezing the people who produce the wealth in order to benefit your layabout army that won't take its coat off for anyone including itself

The original vote was marginal. Boris got voted in because the alternative was Corbyn. Everything has changed and the people don't want Brexit. Perhaps Reform will give us a second referendum just to prove you are right. So why are none of the major Political Parties proposing another referendum? Perhaps they are not as sure as you about what the people want.. Possibly. In interviews I've heard they say there is no appetite for more disruption. So I guess the answer is not yet. But I don't believe every poll is wrong.

I'd like the Tories to become more right wing, they have been far to centrist. That way all the voters who want the centre ground would kick them out. Unfortunately the Tories know this and every time a right wing member tries to reduce taxes and cut services the party cringes and stops them.

That's because the Tory party as with all other established parties are hopeless and that's because their politics and politicians are hopeless.

I don't recall saying it but we were looking at a Greek style death spiral for the economy had Labour stayed on in 2010 so in positioning an electable alternative and making that coalition yes he did save the country
