However he did not slur all members of an ethnic group in fact he specifically said that was not what he was going to do or of women as he specifically said that would be wrong. So doing the right thing now becomes racist. This is incredible stuff. Of course disagreement is censorship especially if it is tied to either law or the call for some form of action so that what was said in this instance will not be said by anyone else again. You can call it not stopping people from saying things but that is the upshot If disagreement is censorship you're censoring me right now. I have not invoked any laws or called for any action form of action to stop anyone from saying anything. I'll ask you again to either provide evidence that I did or retract your slur against me. If you fail to do either I will take it as an indication on your part that you have conceded the point but don't have the guts to admit it. I disagree with you I am not censoring you as I have not said you have 'gotten away' with anything. Perhaps you can indicate what action you would like to have been taken against this I am only judging the situation by what you have actually said. If you did not want law or action taken against him perhaps you should not have used teh phrase 'gotten away' with it. This indicates to me that you think he did something wrong.

People say racist things everyday - the reason that we dont get worked up about it is that there are far more important things to worry about. Oh well, that's alright then. 🙃🙄

If you are forever 'offended' vote Labour, we are the party for the eternally offended woke snowflakes, vote for Labour we are the party for moaners, we use to be the party for the working classes, now we're just a party for everyone who hates the British way of life, their culture and values, vote for Labour and we cancel everything that is British.

My comment on him getting away with it was in response to this comment from you: "There have been numerous politicians insulted for their physical appearance over the years many have been referred to as scum and very bad people with no comeback whatsoever. It seems people can be as rude as they like to white men but not to a woman or an ethnic minority." What comeback do you think Hester has endured that say Rayner didn't for her "scum" comment? "This indicates to me" isn't evidence of me advocating censorship is it? Would you like to retract your slur against me?

And you replied 'He's used her race and gender to denigrate her and all other black women. If that's not racist I don't know what is. Unless you can tell me what consequences he has suffered he has gotten away with it.' So from this I take it he said something that you think he should not have said even though you have quoted it inaccurately. You used the phrase 'gotten away' with it so what is it he said that was wrong in your view and for saying which he should suffer some unspecified consequences that you think he should suffer and why. If you want him punished for saying it you do not want it said by anyone else and as such that is advocating censorship. I do not see that as a slur I see that as exactly what you are saying and have said. Perhaps you meant something else but if you did it is not clear what.

He has said something I condemn, I never said he shouldn't have said it. "Unless you can tell me what consequences he has suffered he has gotten away with it." Which illustrates that your previous comment was untrue. To leap from there to saying I want him punished for what he said is completely unsubstantiated. I have not said any such thing, you have repeatedly been asked to provide evidence of me saying such and have repeatedly pointed to something else I said and argued that when I said A I really meant B. It seems that you lack the self confidence to admit your mistake and apologise or you're simply trolling, either way I see no merit in continuing to humour you.

Yes, because it causes unnecessary divisions, it's not just British white people who are forever being accused of racism, it's Muslims, Jews, Blacks, and now a whole array of different groups of people screaming racism.
The word 'racism' has been devalued, it means nothing now, because it's just bandied about to get 'attention', sad part is some are genuine and some are just playing the racist card. This is what happens when woke snowflake diversity takes over, we now have Blacks, Jews, Muslims all accusing each other of racism, I am sure you have noticed since we've gone woke snowflake crazy diversity and segregation has never been as bad.

Funny, I have a similar view of the word "woke". For me it has lost all meaning as too many people, primarily on the right, have gotten into the habit of using it as lazy shorthand for anything or anyone they don't like or agree with, so any legitimate arguments they may have had gets lost. I confess I'm sometimes guilty of switching off as soon as I hear someone using the word, I've heard others say the same.

Then what did you mean by 'gotten away with it'. All you have to do is explain that phrase, I inferred one thing and to me some form of suffering of consequence was your clear implication. If you wished some form of consequence what was it and what would be the outcome for other people searching for language to use you think acceptable?

Well would it sit better with you if it was changed to "fragile" or maybe "delicate" or then again "sensitive", woke is another word for these.

Now had he said if Abbott had said “White people love playing 'divide & rule' We should not play their game”. Oh look ..she did . And I condemn her comment 100% as racist and unacceptable instead of making excuses because it's someone on my side of the political fence being racist towards someone on the other side. That's what's called consistency. Nope. One of them made a generalised racist statement about white people and the other one said that one black woman was so awful that she made him WANT to hate black women but he doesn’t hate black women . You,are not being consistent, you are being obtuse.

Most people use a figure of speech that is completely harmless, take for instance MOH for example, she said 'if you pinch another Easter egg I'm going to murder you', should I have phone the police to report this threat, I doubt it, because the police would have laughed and said .. my mrs says that to me all the time. It's the woke sensitive, fragile delicate feelings that make a mountain out of a molehill.
