“It's like trying not to be racist but you see Diane Abbott on the TV, and you're just like… you just want to hate all black women because she's there."” Translation for the knicker twisted lefties . “ Dianna Abbot is so awful that she stains all black women with her awfulness. “ What it doesn’t say “ I hate Black women “. “She should be shot “ is a bit silly . No I really don't think it is silly and he is far from a silly man. You need a bit of a lateral thinking approach here. Ask one simple questions. Why is this second quote not part of a sentence where the first one is? My guess is if we were to read the whole sentence, then it would not be at all shocking. Putting that in any part of a sentence ( in the wrong place)is exposing yourself to be called a racist. Lateral thinking has nothing to do with it .

Do you remember the video of the ruckus at the Chinese embassy in Manchester? They had filmed it and casual inspection it looked just like the Chinese had kicked the shit out of some innocent lefty types. I spent a long time checking that video frame by frame and figured out how they had edited it to make it like like something it was not. Anyway, this is the shit we are up agaisnt. There are political operators, like Reds under the beds. This was in his private office which he owned as well. The reason is clear. Labour want to force the Tories to give back £10-15m at a time just before a possible general election. I absolutely loath this type of political manipulation. It's at about the level of a Stalin show trial.

What is the racist comment. He made an insulting comment about Mz Abbott which referenced her colour but not as a means to specifically denigrate her. He has not 'gotten away' with anything as it is the law that decides what is and is not racist. If he has not been charged with any race law offence he has not made any illegal comment. The fact that the two people are different colours has no bearing on the insult. Discussions on the merits and demerits of white men as regards dating etc are discussed at length in many magazines with insults often being part of the process. I bet Nick Griffin was never insulted even when he was an MEP and his colour never mentioned do you think? He's used her race and gender to denigrate her and all other black women. If that's not racist I don't know what is. Unless you can tell me what consequences he has suffered he has gotten away with it. Not quite he used race and gender as situations where one should be non-racist/misogynist but then Mz Abbott makes that difficult for him. Guilt of racism is a legal definition, it is not decided by you or the Labour party it is decided in law so if there is no case to answer that is not getting away with that is what we tend to call not guilty. If Mz Abbott had said I know I should not be racist against white males but Nick Griffin makes that difficult for me that would be deemed acceptable by all and sundry as it was a denigration of Mr Griffin and not a denigration of him because of his race and sex. Herein lies the problem with the left they wish to control speech absolutely and above all we should not let them.

In your hypothetical scenario it would be wholly wrong for Abbott to say that because she would be projecting Griffin's faults on to all other white men, because they are white men which would be clearly racist and sexist. Nobody is trying to control speech, I'm certainly not, I'm exercising my freedom of speech, do you have a problem with that?

If he had been charged and found not guilty the same would apply, he has only 'gotten away' with something if it is believed it is a crime and in the race laws that has to be tested in court. Not quite again, she would be saying that if Griffin was an example of all white males then racism would be easy but in the scenario the decision by the speaker is that that is wrong so that decision to be racist is rejected. It would be like saying that one would like to not reject country music out of hand but Jim Reeves makes that difficult. That is not saying one does not like or reject country music but Jim Reeves as an example of country music makes it difficult not to do that but that does not mean by any stretch that country music is rejected out of hand. Of course the left are trying to control speech at every turn and this is just another example in a long list of racist/misogynist/bigoted examples that are not those at all that the left have tried to silence. Your exercise of your freedom of speech is to try to stop someone else saying something you think is wrong and even worse to punish him for it. So I think your moral high ground is decidedly wobbly.

Doesn’t matter what you did or didn’t a long time checking . “She should be shot” is a silly thing to say in a sentence or on its own when it can be taken out of context or in context and used against you . It's impossible to say. All you do by believing something deliberately and drastically clipped out of context such as this means you just take the bait of the scheming political assassin who was lurking in his office. I've developed a procedure for dealing with political types. When I'm watching one on the box, as soon as they tell one lie or make one attempt at deceiving the viewer I quit instantly. This is how antivirus software works. On first sign of detection you block out any more of it from the same URL or wherever it is coming from. I did put it up on the forum though, but figured the whole thing was so obvious that it would not fool anyone. Anyway, chances are that second bit was just a witty retort to a bit of humour or similar. We all do it, cos we have intelligences greater than slugs, so no one is offended.

Yes of course, but this was in his private office and being the head of the firm you'd think those in his office he could trust like friends. If he had said it on Twitter than that would be the mark of stupidity for reasons you give, but if you can't talk normally in a private office then is it like bloody East Germany.
I'm really beginning to worry about this country. Someone a moment ago on social media said their friend was in the public gallery of a council meeting and hissed, whereupon the four of them were arrested late at night when in bed and detained for 24 hours in a police cell. Apparently one of the councillors was a Jew who believed the hiss was aimed at him and not the issue that was being decided, and because he is a Jew he got the police to arrest them. Councillors at your service.

No he shouldn’t expect to trust his subordinates ( or peers) like friends because they are not …anywhere. A few years ago I was in a meeting with the hired company managing director with a few colleagues to discuss production problems and how to solve those problems. Two of the other directors were brothers . One was very intelligent ( John who owned the company ) and the other was not ( Steve who basically was Johns gofer). Both had sons working in the company as managers . In the meeting I quipped that Steves son has the ambition of John but the brains of his father ( Steve ). After the meeting within a few hours other colleagues were laughing about my comment . My colleague at the meeting was running his mouth off about what I said in a supposedly’ secret ‘ meeting . The worst of it was Steve was very kind to my wife who had recently had cancer . Never trust a colleague, especially one you trust .

Slurring all members of an ethnic group by the actions of one member of that group is textbook racism. How on earth am I trying to stop someone else saying anything? Back this up with a quote of mine, not me saying A and you saying I really meant B but a verbatim quote or retract this slur please. Disagreement is not censorship.

Everyone one of the posters currently defending Hester would be waxing apoplectic about how rabidly racist Khan is.
