Badenoch, Braverman or Mordaunt? Who Starmer fears most as next Tory leader

Most uncomfortable to try and put myself in Capt Hindsight's position and trying to work out who he'd fear most. I'd choose Badenoch as at first glance I can't think of much her and Starmer would agree on. Suella, even if we're charitable towards her and claim she's just a mouthpiece for her husband on the Israel/Gaza issue, her apparent readiness bordering on eagerness to curtail our civil liberties in relation to protest and free speech is much too aligned with the Starmer Leftist Authoritarian approach for my liking. Mordaunt gives every indication of being totally signed up to all the gender fluidity nonsense, and while she's not responsible for her paedo brother ( Penny's Paedo Brother), if Labour see a chance to play dirty they rarely pass it up. Has to be Kemi for me.

From the link “Ultimately, they need to be an opposition that voters see as credible and sensible, electable and acceptable. And under its current leadership, it isn’t seen as any of those things, just as the Labour Party at the tail end of Jeremy Corbyn wasn’t seen as any of those things by a substantial proportion of the electorate.” But the point is Labour is no more deserving of power now than they were in 2017 after a year of obstructing the clearly expressed will of the people let alone 2019 when they had pretty much conspired with a speaker unfit to be rewarded for his time in office, they will claim it not because they have an overpowering policy commitment but because the oily little indian currently in the job is nothing mire than that and his chancellor doesn’t give a shit about the voters they need to keep onside. It doesn’t really matter WHO takes over when Fishy Rishi follows his tax evading wife out of the country when they crash so hard at the next GE it will fracture the Thames Barrier Because at that point the only option the tories will have is to go back to being real tories, or call in the receivers and shut up shop

I like Mordaunt, but as you correctedly stated if labour cannot find anything against these Tory MP's that will stick they will invent something they are past masters at doing that look how rayner of the loose knicker club invented the story of Boris looking up her clouts....

Say what you like about Thatcher but she helped Angela Rayner buy a cheap council house . To be fair Starmer has recognised her for it.
"Keir Starmer praises Margaret Thatcher for bringing 'meaningful change' to UK. Keir Starmer has praised Margaret Thatcher for effecting “meaningful change” in Britain in an article directly appealing to Conservative voters to switch to Labour".
... LOL

I think the Blair creature was a Thatcher simp . Praising Thatcher is merely an admission that even watered down socialism doesn’t work.

Starmer/Blair just cherry pick the bits they like about Thatcherism, the bits they like have made them wealthy, but the irony those same bits form the basis of their anti-Tory crusade, their Manifestos are built around anti-Thatcherism, which is why Labour are now dubbed the double standard hypocrite party.

All The Best I never voted for the lady But as I said, you knew what you were getting I kind of see your point... ...almost. But by your rationale knowing you are about to get raped should make it a less horrendous experience, and I doubt any of us would seriously put that forward as a cogent argument. All The Best
