Can anyone explain how Pension Fraud could happen - as far as I can see the only way would be an inside job in the DWP. Well it might be pension credit fraud if it entails pension credit . Pension credit is welfare - it is a means tested benefit. Whereas pensions are simply deferred wages - You get a pension based on what you have paid in, even if you are a multi millionaire. |
