I don't know why anyone would think that asylum seekers are gaming the system... ..a total mystery..  An asylum seeker who won refugee status after claiming to be gay went on to father three children with three different women..
In todays DM Killers, rapists and drug dealers are among migrants who have avoided deportation by persuading judges they have converted to Christianity. Some asylum seekers have been tattooing themselves with crosses, getting baptised and handing out church leaflets in a bid to stay in the UK - but cannot answer simple questions about the religion. In one case, a 43-year-old Bangladeshi man who spent 12 years in jail for murdering his wife successfully appealed against the Home Office's bid to deport him by saying he was a Christian convert who would be at risk in a predominantly Muslim country. The judge granted his appeal on the grounds of Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), which bars the removal of individuals who would face serious harm from torture or from inhuman or degrading treatment. |

Who says he wasn't a Christian after Converting . I'm sure there are many that are from. Any faith Including Jewish Hindu .Sheik and Muslim. |
