Yup, he should leave team selection to the manager and do his talking on the pitch. He's going to look stupid later when he complains he can't make the squad because people think he's over the hill. Yep in fact he might look stupid somewhat sooner as one 'oldie' defender pointed out it is not the goals conceded that is the problem it is the lack of goals scored according to social media. Especially as I have Belgium in the family sweepstake and Mrs K has Qatar and doesn't want to see Canada get beaten in the parallel match leaving her with the worst team payout. On a footballing front more interested to see if Germany can squeak through this evening |
