Yea some minows have done good this world cup Some not so well. Bye Bye Wales. It's good to see the divide narrowing between the old guard European and South American sides against the rest of the world. Might not see an African nation lift the cup in my lifetime but it is no longer seen as impossible. Same with Asian teams and even North American teams. I was really happy that the USA got through as it will be good for the game in their country especially with them co-hosting with Canada next time. |

Does anyone know anything about the suposed bust up between Eden Hazard kevin DeBruyne and a other Belgium player.
Belgium are one of my favourite teames to lift the cup but so far they been lack lustre .And could go out next game if they don't win.
What's ever going on its shows in there on field permanence .
Shame really

De Bruyne is spoilt with winning so much at City that he expects to win again in the Wolrd Cup yet is landed with some ageing defenders and midfield players and rather than keep it to himself as had a go at the older players.
This did not go down well.
De Bruyne needs to take a leaf out of Bale's career or even Ian Rush who never even made it to a World Cup and show some humility.

Yep in fact he might look stupid somewhat sooner as one 'oldie' defender pointed out it is not the goals conceded that is the problem it is the lack of goals scored according to social media. |
