A well known mystic has researched the evolution of souls and has said some interesting things, it also aligns with astronomy in this way. The earth seems to be unique, so far we havent even come close to finding anything similar, and the earth is tailor made for its purpose, which is this. Its to give you the most varied experience in the physical, that your learning curve will be big, good and bad. And get this, your life was planned BEFORE birth.
The people that incarnate onto the earth are from many different realms, get that, wow, what different realms? That explains why we are all unique, different, weird, but lumped into a human body. Karma, or cause and effect is real.
And it all of that, it is highly likely you have led a trail of destruction in your path, knowingly or unknowingly, can you forgive yourself for your err, lets use religion, your sins.? Its important, and will lift the weights you have on your back. Imagine this, Putin gets to the realisation that genocide is wrong, can you imagine how that must feel? No amount of physical punishment can compare, and you are in the same boat.

Forgiveness is a tough one, who hasnt felt burning rage, there was a situation when murder was in my heart, im not going into details, and it would have been like slaking a thirst, it would have felt so good, but i did not. The behaviour of such was not my problem, how to manage it was, to have reacted was to make it worse, for myself mostly.
How to process forgiveness is up to you, all our lives are full of trip wires, and its up to you to rise above it. Alex Ferguson never let an insult pass as scots are apt to do, to retaliate is to preserve self esteem, but there are other ways, you dont have to feel less. It doesnt matter who that person is, discuss it, confront it, if there is no hope of resolution, walk away, distance your self, be armed with knowledge, that things will happen.
Subconsciously i walked away from my father at 13, i stopped talking to him, the above was a situation i could not escape from, its up to you who you people your life with, they must be simpatico with you, if not, cheerio, be ruthless with that. Especially parents and partners. Clean your life. Feeling angry consciously and unconsciously constantly is bad, very bad, get shot. No dont use a gun, a joke just occured, eapecially if you want to.
As for Hindley, she got put behind bars, managing such people is the prpoblem, not changing them, including your reaction to their crimes. This is the size of the problem, life behind bars or even execution would change nowt in Hindleys psychology. Of murder.

It's uniquely adapted to them simply by reason of our having evolved here. Another world might be just as well suited to another species for the same reason, and would be no more "tailr made" for them than Earth is for us. 2) Three posibilities should be considered: A) we are simply journeying through this incarnation, with both origin and destination being free of all grief and pain. B) there are one or more sentient creators of unimaginable cruelty, either wholly indifferent to their creations or using our misery for their sport C) there's no creator, no journey and no transcendent purpose to our existence. Your mystic and I probably disagree on which of those is the most likely. 3) Are you (or your mystic) accusing Putin of genocide? I have known situations where I have yearned for revenge fuelled by intense anger at grave wrongs done to me. Such feelings eat you up in a negative way and are best moved on from, but the passage of time helps you to do that. Spiritual or religious beliefs if you have any can also help. I myself believe in karma and reincarnation, which teaches me that any deserved sufferings from my own past misdeeds either in this life or a previous one just need to be taken on the chin and accepted as part of the necessary path to redemption and from which you learn to become a better person. Whilst any undeserved sufferings will be balanced out by good things later on either in this life or the next, whilst your tormentors will get whats theirs, in the next life if not this.
