It's you who has distorted the post. I repeat NO WMD's have ever been found a few conventional bombs were destroyed along with some artillery shells and hand grenades. It seems it's only you that doesn't understand what WMD's are. And as for me educating myself maybe you should take your own advise. You are really comical sometimes. Most of, is not all of. And even that was hindsight by Blix some 6 months after the invasion. That really shouldn't have needed to be explained. Absolutely no one knew for certain whether or not WMD existed in Iraq at the beginning of the invasion, but there was plenty of circumstantial evidence to make people believe there was. I can list that evidence if you wish. So you made a post highlighting ............."Most of" it's weapons were destroyed in 1993
Why did you make such a highlighted point of 'most of' drawing our attention to the FACT the UN chief weapons inspector knew that these alleged WMD had been destroyed 10 years 'before' 2003?

Even so, that a center-Left and a center-right politician might have some things in common makes sense. Both wish to keep the more extreme politics to a minimum. But that does not mean that both are the same. That "both are the same" is a Righty propaganda lie that twists the Conservative government's failure to govern responsibly by insinuating it's really Just a Labour government in disguise. I mean how obvious does it have to get before people wake up to the reality. 3. I mostly make allowances for your nastiness as being down to your disappointment to get your hard left political desires met. And having them displaced by a potentially moderate center-Left government who have the desire to use the present system "for the many not the few". What a brilliant idea, first mentioned by New Labour. I don't hero worship Blair, in fact in terms of political admiration I would place both Brown and Darling ahead of Blair, Blair was just a good mouthpiece. He should be stripped of his knighthood because he isn't an honourable person and never has been, although that doesn't count for much these days. He doesnt deserve a knighthood but then he was always going to get one because the establishment look after their own. And to hell with what we think. A shite hood would have been better. |

Blix' comment was made around 6months AFTER the invasion. he didn't have that opinion or knowledge in the period before the invasion. Even in hindsight he is acknowledging that some of the WMD were not destroyed ten years before the invasion. |
