...War is a barbaric business but pointing out that one side does it whilst ignoring the other sides atrocities is not a level argument... Stop doing it then.

So we shouldn't highlight sexual violence from certain minorities? - we tried that in Rochdale, it didn't work out very well. No we should, why would you think I think any different? You made a point about it being pro-Palestinian supporters who tore down the poster and they may have been but that was not the reason they tore it down, they tore it down because rape is not just an Arab problem as some seem to believe it happens in every society, religion and colour. Yes - because we have an epidemic of people going around tearing down posters campaigning against violence to women.. ..oh no - it's only those that highlight the violence carried out by Hamas.

Stupidity runs deep in the pro-Hamas marches.. Palestinians supporters should stop whinging, tell the people of Gaza to sit in their homes and get bombed, how dare they argue with the Israeli bombardment, it's anti- Semitic.

People are using a war to weaponise rape. What about the rape and sexually assault in Israeli jails? "Baraah Abo Ramouz: “The situation in the prisons is devastating. The prisoners are abused. They are being constantly beaten. They’re being sexually assaulted. They are being raped. I’m not exaggerating. The prisoners are being raped.” Israel good.

'People are using a war to weaponise rape.'
This is an interesting concept - rape is an act of violence, it doesn't need a war to weaponise it. I find it astounding that some people feel that rape is fine if it's their side doing it.

In this country at present there appears to be a propensity to call out Hamas as evil, derange, psychopaths which of course they are but there does not appear to be a coincidental narrative about Israel and it's atrocities. These 'Hamas rape' posters are a perfect example of that mentality, Hamas are not the only 'group' that carry out the heinous crime of rape and the posters are sensationalising the rapes and 'limiting' it to Arabs by default. How is saying "rape is fine if it's their side doing it", and how did you get to that ridiculous conclusion?

In the Nordic countries 50% of rapes and attempted rapes are committed by foreign-born residents - should we ignore that issue because to discuss it would sensationalise it?

IMO, those who are against it being spoken obviously have some ulterior motive. It has always been easier to repress this sort of thing and dismiss those who speak or it as xenophobes and racists, and so far, it has worked. It's just a matter of application.

Not at all, I think I have explained what I think quite succinctly. Do you not see that, during the bloody slaughter of some 20,000+ Palestinians making a point about Hamas specific rape is just another 'attack' on Arabs, rape happens in all conflicts and is not specific to Hamas.

Arab liars, that's how so many people are fooled into believing that after 100 years of aggression and violence by the Palestinian Arabs as they denied the Palestinian Jews the right to freedom and some control in the land of the Jews, that the Arabs are the victims. Just how ridiculous can people be.
