The NHS front line is breaking. Meanwhile those that run the NHS continue to employ woke guidance counsellors, more admin, and buy aspirin at 10- 67 a tablet, or something like that.
My point is that the managers carry on in their merry way, while doctors nurses and patients suffer horribly.
Where is their conscience? Whatever money is put into the NHS, none of it gets to the front line deliberately.

Why don't you provide evidence that absenteism isn't rife in the NHS if you think your own little stance is so credable? This is exactly so my friend look how these companies for example rip the NHS off they see it as lucrative way of making money and milk it for all its worth and the NHS managers happily pay these prices. I wonder what back handers some of these manangers receive? Not a bad profit is it? Just like the MOD are ripped off with these out of this world prices.
