Nurse are not paid badly. Is it my fault that some would rather piss their wages against the wall than spend their wages wisely? Geez. Now nurses piss their wages against the wall. Some do, some don’t . They are ordinary people.

The NHS could pay nurses an awful lot more - if it cut down on waste. I see that currently the NHS is asking for another £7 Billion - without mentioning what this was going to be spent on and what improvements we would see for our money. I agree. They must trim the fat and get rid of diversity and equality trainers and managers of the like; rather than worrying about quotas and white privilege etc. They deserve more than a clap on the doorstep. Well if they pay the nurses more. According to Jonksy they will just get more pissed and have more time of. Mind you. They could live of the benefits Jonksy says they get. And get pies from Starmer from his illegal piss ups.

They could but if they do then they must pay the HCAs, domestics, porters , ambulance drivers and everyone else that works for the NHS more .

So you aren’t able to backup your supposition? I backed it up on the other NHS thread if you care to look. There is plenty of data out there. You have a link to that thread?

You have a link to that thread? Look it up youself I am not your servant. There are pleny of links on google giving the facts about the absenteeism in the NHS. Ah I see so you have absolutely zero evidence that nhs absenteeism is due to alcohol,it was as I said something you made up. Your level of debate is laughable, you contradict your own argument then resort to diversions because you are unable to provide credible links and go on to imply people need mental health treatment because they disagree with you.

So you missed the post then where I stated that Torbay hospital down here did an enquiry into absenteeism on the other thread? How convienient for you. If you were so sure of your argument you’d easily produce that evidence. No I did not see your reply if you’d be good enough to repost.

Just a quick thought. I wonder who will be the first to moan when their NI contributions go up or their pensions are reduced if the government relent on Nurses wages? Well that’s the thing . As I pointed out , don’t think that the NHS workers will accept a large rise for the Nurses and a small one for them . When all of the NHS workers get a large rise then everyone from the fire service to waste recycling will want parity . After that the private sector workers will demand the same . When the virtue signallers who support nurses find that they pay more for goods and pay more tax then they will demand a higher wage .

Whilst I would like to see the Nursing Staff paid much better after all their hard work over the years the last two years especially how do we fund it the NHS is the largest employer in Europe some 1.2 million people work in the NHS, the wages bill alone for last year was £56 Billion.
NI and Income Tax will have to go up to pay the nations bills

Is that the level of debate? You need mental health treatment. I did not say that I just pointed out that mental health care is supplied by the NHS and if that stops, we are in for an epidemic of trouble. I never said "You need mental health treatment." you made that up.

Talking about NHS care and who receive it Didn't the torys pin up boy Johnson receive nhs care when he contacted covid and didn't they supposedly save his life And didn't starmer break the UK record for beeing in self isolation so many times? It must have been all those illegal piss ups he was attending when stating otherwise the sanctimonius arsehole. More fiction.

Just a quick thought. I wonder who will be the first to moan when their NI contributions go up or their pensions are reduced if the government relent on Nurses wages? You could always cut spending in other areas to pay for it - cut welfare spending and give the nurses a massive payrise perhaps?. Of courser we all know that cutting spending would cause even more of an outcry to those demanding higher pay for nurses.. ..then there is the Labour Party option - yet another windfall tax on oil companies. This windfall tax is going to pay every bit of government spending soon..

I never said "You need mental health treatment." you made that up. Not specifically no,but you posted one line And there was no mention of So the inference was clear as was Jonksys answer to it,it was just an observation that any debate was lost in tit for tat insults and lazy slogans borrowed from the media by more than you. Anyway I asked for some evidence of nurses absent because of alcohol abuse to which I was basically told to go away which proves and adds nothing to the discussion.

What has Starmer to do with the Nurses strike. Pissed sober or under the influence of eating pies. Could you explain all those illegal piss ups he attended . You know those nurses who according to you are well paid with benefits., and who piss all their wages against the wall. Everybody is now at piss ups. What was that about sanctimonious arseholes. I have far better things todo than try and educate pork JD. Which is bullshit for you do not have a clue. As you rant more drivel. Will you put a ban on nurses when they get a pay rise from entering boozer as they piss it against the wall.
