And there is no treaty that says that a member country should accept illegal immigrants. And the Commission is NOT the "policeman of the treaties". It's the EU government. Only governments propose legislation. You've swallowed all the EU bullshit hook, line and sinker. Get it into your thick head - the EU is a dictatorship. That's why we left. And good riddance. The democratically-elected government of each member state has a treaty-conferred power to propose changes to the EU institutions. Any member state government could at any time lay down a motion in the Council to vote on changes to the treaty that would allow the EU Parliament to initiate legislation. Name one such democratically-elected government that has ever used, or even considered using, that power for that purpose? You can't, can you? The EU has been around a long time. It has seen countless governments elected in each of its member states over that time. But not one democratically-elected member state government has ever so much as suggested the changes you and your gammon pals think should be made to the EU parliament. The member states don't want the EU parliament to have the power to initiate legislation, UNANIMINOULY, not just by a majority. Yet, you have somehow concluded, in your bizarre gammon way, that forcing the member states to accept a legislation-proposing parliament against their unanimous wishes would be the democratic thing to do.

Law and justice won the election, therefore they should form a government with or without coalition.

Law and justice won the election, therefore they should form a government with or without coalition. Law and Justice didn't win the election. The party or parties that represent the majority 'win' an election in a country that doesn't have the first-past-the-post system. You might be content with the first-past-the-post system - the rest of the world isn't.

The Commission IS the policeman of the treaties. Learn the basics, Snuggles. And the Commission CANNOT MAKE LEGISLATION. It can only PROPOSE LEGISLATION. That is an entirely different thing. You need to learn the basics. Governments generally put forward legislation - and they're the only people who can put forward legislation. The EU Commission is the EU govt. When we negotiated to leave the EU our government negotiated with the EU Commission. The EU Commission make treaties. That sounds very much like our government to me. Basics.

From a recent poll about Brexit a majority people who voted Brexit are certainly disappointed with the outcome (so far) of Brexit. But they're not regretting leaving - they're just annoyed that the govt hasn't taken advantage of our new freedoms. The first thing we should have done is slashed corporation tax for example but that wanker Sunak has put it UP. But this has nothing to with Poland. The EU Commission's dissatisfaction with Poland is mainly due to their refusal to take a bunch of illegal muslim immigrants that Italy and Greece have let in. Show me the treaty where Poland agreed to accept illegal migrants.

So, you can't name a single member state that has proposed the changes you want? Not one? Why do you think it's only a handful of Daily Mail readers who want the EU parliament to be able to propose legislation, Snugs? There have been literally thousands of different governments represented in the Council since the inception of the EU, but not one of those democratically-electied governments has made use of the facility available to them to suggest the changes you and your ever-diminishing group of gammon friends think are necessary to democracy. I wonder why that is.

Asked what? If you actually asked a reasonable question you might get an answer but you just post nonsense. Do you ever follow what goes on in the EU? Don't bother to answer, because I'm not that interested.
