Hard to base a conclusion based on claims and conjecture that can't be substantiated, and since he's been demonised for the better part of a century and people are talking about his winkle I have to remain sceptical.
Perhaps there should be a battle of the bulges for all infamous totalitarians?

Deeply flawed and hypocritical people are head and shoulders above the murderous arsehole Adolf was.
The only people on his level were the likes of Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot. All of whom killed in excess of a million people in gratiuitous acts of genocide.
