So you are saying that ethnicity is a primary factor in criminality? No, I'm saying that the facts suggests BAME people are more likely to receive custodial sentences for the same offence.

Sorry you've lost me here. I’ll make it simple . Employers are not prejudice towards non white ethnic groups any more than they are to white people. Then how do you explain the following results: Compared to White British applicants, people of: Pakistani heritage had to make 70% more applications Nigerian and South Asian heritage 80% more applications Middle Eastern and north African heritage 90% more applications

"People from Asian and other minority ethnic groups are 1.5 times more likely to go to prison for drugs offences than white people" Possibly because the ethnic minority drug offences are worse than white people or they have offended more often .

Because employers use the same method of selection as they do for white people. Make initial assumptions based on experience. They were identical CVs, only the names were changed. Makes no difference . The employers would still be making assumptions based on experience. The same method as they would for whites . An insurance company might charge a higher premium based on factors regarding an ethnic group . That isn’t prejudice . That’s a fair assumption .

It's an identical CV so the experience will be identical. If they are discriminating for insurance purposes they are still discriminating. You seem to be trying to justify prejudice which you are also insisting doesn't exist.

Im telling you that the employers are using the same method of selection for both whites and blacks . The same method doesn’t equate to identical . All selection processes involve assumptions . If I applied for a job for a fitness instructor then my age would most likely be the cause of me being dismissed at the first selection point. As I said If you believe this to be prejudice then any application that is not successful is subject to prejudice . As I said employers might be merely pragmatic . You have posted nothing to refute it.

People are born with an innate ability to assess the connectedness of themselves to any kin and its level of similar genes. This is true for most animal groups especially those with social habits. Unconscious selection occurs as programmed by the genes that direct that selection in order to protect the same genes. I have seen these stats before and what is interesting it is unknown who was doing the selecting. It is assumed it is white people but the chances are 20% would be South Asian or black and in fact if in some of the big cities that increases significantly. As regards Black Women and pregnancy then Obesity is a defined risk factor and Obesity in black women is higher. If there is prejudice in the job market as indicated then it stands to reason that ethnic minorities will be underepreseted in management positions so likely to make up a small number of those doing the selecting. I don't think obesity would fully explain the outcomes. It depends on where, when and how the research was conducted. As I said in the big cities then the chances are there will be at least a few black and Asian people making those judgements and we know that racism exists between those two groups to a greater degree as the Lozelles and the London riots demonstrated. A Sihk group could guard their area with Swords, knives and baseball bats, white blokes with just beer cans were troublemakers. So yes racism exists all over the place but do not blame it all on whitey. In the 2001 riots it was not a white group that barricaded an Asian group in a working man's club and set it on fire, it was an Asian group that barricaded white people in a club and set it on fire.

And even it were accurate, it would still amount to discrimination thus strengthening my argument.

Even if a small number of discriminatory employers were ethnic minorities that wouldn't change the fact that the evidence points towards ethnic minorities facing discrimination in the UK job market.

When you are presented with reality you switch into obtuse mode . Blacks are treated no worse than white people in the selection process . When it’s pointed out and explained you can’t accept it because you crave victimhood and demand black privilege.
