Possibly became employers know that people from those heritages are less likely to be an asset to the company than other heritages . So white people are killing black mothers ? "Possibly became employers know that people from those heritages are less likely to be an asset to the company than other heritages" So you agree employers are prejudiced against certain demographic groups? "So white people are killing black mothers" From the link I posted: "An inquiry by the charity Birthrights found that black, brown and mixed ethnicity women reported feeling unsafe, their concerns being ignored or dismissed, denial of pain relief due to racial stereotypes, and pervasive microaggressions causing harm or distress. Their testimony was backed up by healthcare professionals. Amy Gibbs, the chief executive of Birthrights, said: “While there has been a small drop in the maternal mortality rate for black women in recent MBRRACE reports, this bleak picture has not changed in over a decade. We remain deeply concerned that black and brown people’s basic human rights to safety, dignity and equality in pregnancy and childbirth are not being protected, respected or upheld.” No I think some employers might be pragmatic . I see. They ‘ feel’ that white people are killing them . ”pervasive microaggressions causing harm or distress” ? Ffs.

Here's an example of a study in Scotland: "The vast majority of prisoners in Scotland are from poor socio-economic backgrounds with underlying causes of offending related to substance misuse, mental health and abuse. The Scottish Prison's Commission has found that around one in nine young men from the most deprived communities will spend time in prison before they are 23 years old. According to the Scottish Prison Service 17th Prisoner Survey (carried out in 2019), prisoners identified many factors that they felt contributed to their committing an offence, some of which relate directly to poverty and deprivation: Unemployment - 16% Financial difficulties - 15% Other factors that are often linked to poverty and deprivation also featured, such as accommodation type, alcohol and drug misuse, neighbourhood, lack of support in the community." www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/z87w97h/revision/2Prison inmates are criminals who were caught and convicted, your survey is about subjective opinion of those inmates who were caught , nothing objective about it , are you trying to claim that prison inmates are representative of all those who commit crimes? "The vast majority of prisoners in Scotland are from poor socio-economic backgrounds" That's not opinion that's fact.

I’ve heard nothing from you to support your claim . Crime occurs in all levels of society . Poverty is not the primary of criminality . Drugs, lack of father figure, sense of hopelessness ie. Victimhood may be a factor …all supported by white lefties . I posted a link with a study in Scotland with pretty compelling evidence. No it didn’t .

For the same reason Black people do ........ 'it's dead easy money' why else? ..... its human nature regardless of colour And the correlation between poverty and crime? Greed and laziness ....... why the fuck should Black or White drug dealers go to work when they can sit at home running a drugs empire than will fetch them far quicker and bigger money than working for Asda.......it's fuck all to do with poverty ... it's 'get rich quick' by doing fuck all.
If you don't understand that mentality Psyche don't bother responding to me.

For the same reason Black people do ........ 'it's dead easy money' why else? ..... its human nature regardless of colour The white people will use their old chestnut defence ...... we did it because... ' I didn't get a cuddle when I was little' You don't think one's childhood influences adult behaviour in any way?

I just don't think that tallies with the factual data and evidence.

You yourself have admitted it. Then any application that is not successful is subject to prejudice . As I said employers might be merely pragmatic .

I posted a link with a study in Scotland with pretty compelling evidence. No it didn’t . "Recorded crime in London is more prevalent in the neighbourhoods with the highest levels of income deprivation: Overall, 52% more crimes were recorded in the most income-deprived areas in 2022 Violence, robbery and sexual offences are 2.1 times more prevalent in the most income-deprived 10% of areas compared to the least income-deprived 10% Drugs and weapons offences are 2.3 times more prevalent in the most income-deprived 10% of areas compared to the least income-deprived 10%." trustforlondon.org.uk/data/crime-and-income-deprivation/

Even if it were driven by pragmatism it would still be prejudice. So we agree there is discrimination in the UK job market.

And the correlation between poverty and crime? No its the correlation between crime and soft sentencing My natural instinct leans heavily towards tougher sentencing but from what I've seen it seems to be contentious whether or not it is effective in reducing crime, I've seen studies concluding for and against. However I still subscribe to the prevention is better than cure school of thinking.

Thars obvious because if it was most or all of the poor would be criminals. Drugs, fatherless family and a sense of victimhood ..all encouraged by lefties would be more relevant. Corruption , violent and sexual crime occurs in the police service . Are police poor ? Are all drug dealers poor? Do they stop dealing drugs when they stop being poor ? Most drownings occur in water . Is water to blame for drownings . I’m using your debate method here.
