This thread is about a human rights bill in scotland . Its not about what some dim witted troll in england thinks about human rights education or party politics in scotland.
The original act of union 300 years ago accepted the status of the uk as a" balkanised state "in terms of law , education and church so what are you talking about ?

Not sure how you would achieve these - also the rights with regard to health services could have some very unintended consequences. I'm guessing it's party politics and attempts for further balkanisation, so it doesn't need to be realistic or even required (I didn't know they had a nakedness problem, too). It just needs to be a thing to reach that small euphoric high. One small step...

Just another pointless sound bite to draw attention away from ferries, education, drug deaths, camper vans, NHS and so on. I wonder why a parliament thinks that it is ok to stop people selling their own houses if they have a gas boiler but must have "Human Rights" imposed upon them.
The SNP and their monosyllabic mouth breathing followers are ridiculous, but as we are constantly being told on here they enjoy much support.

you are mixing law( laws/legal system) with legislators.
