The BBC in my opinion did the correct thing in allowing Nick Griffin to spout his verbal diarrohoea on Question Time, because the oxygen of publicity did the BNP a lot of harm, and soon after that the BNP virtually dissapeared. The QT that Nick Griffin was on was a disgraceful lynch mob. All the panellists, including Dimbleby - the supposedly unbiased chairman - attacked Griffin at every opportunity and the audience was stuffed with Lefties and blacks. don't know how the BBC get away with this kind of thing. QT has always been biased but that was the worst example I've ever seen. The audience is always full of Lefties and the panelists are selected to represent the Left. They do now try to give a veneer of balance by evening out the numbers of "left" and "right" but it's noticeable that the Lefties are usually motormouths with hardline views while the others are usually conciliatory (or feeble). And they tend to get cut off pretty quickly if they start saying things that the chairperson doesn't agree with. It's exactly the same as "Politics Live". Jo Coburn is a lifelong Labour supporter and gives the likes of Alistair Campbell free rein while cutting off the others. They do now have reasonable panelists on - like Claire Fox, who usually has interesting points to make - but she hardly manages to get a word in. It's just another BBC political program that is not worth watching. Firstly, let me tell you something about Nick Griffin - He once demonstrated outside Coventry Cathedral where a memorial service was been conducted in memory of the many people who died in the bombardment of Coventry by the Nazi Luftwaffe. Mr Griffin used the event to demonstrate against the RAF bombing of Dressden. Mr Griffin is on record as denying that the Nazis murdered 6 million Jews By appearing on Question Time, we all knew it would be highly controversial and highly divisive, the BNP is / or was a Neo Nazi organisation, full of Nazi sympathisers. The chairman at the time of Question Time did his job, he did nothing any different to how he would question or challenge any politician of any political party, but of course those that sympathise with Griffins extreme views were not very happy. TOUGH I personaly commend the BBC for doing what many objected to, it allowed Griffin the opportunity to spout his drivel, and for those that oppose him, the opportunity to question him. Question Time audiences are NEVER stuffed with Lefties, they are screened to make sure that the audience reflects either how the particular costituency voted, or how the country voted. The panel typically consists of two speakers who support the Left of politics, two who support the Right of politics, and one neutral person who is often an industrialist, business person, historian, or an expert in a particular field. The BNP and Nick Griffin are detested by most people, including the vast majority of Conservatives, not simply by the Left, the BNP are detested by David Cameron, Theressa May, Rishi Sunak, Boris Johnson and John Major, and I utterly detest them too.

The remarkable thing about watching back that episode of QT is just how similar the language he was spouting is the language currently being used by senior members of the current government.

What is very obvious is that the establishment Left, and possibly The Communist Party of China, want to shut down GBNews. If it was even half as bad as they make out then they wouldn't be panicking and insisting we rely only on the Labour Party mouthpiece, which the poor people are forced to pay for by law. That alone should be a national outrage. GBNews is clearly not relying on day light robbery, so it's not something the fascistic left can get their grubby hands on quite so easily, which is why it must be destroyed.

Let us be clear because you and many others detest someone or something, then those people are not entitled to any impartiality in their dealings with others and are unable to partake in political discourse without you and others trying to denigrate them. This seems to be very much a left leaning attitude that views held by others if they are not in general alignment with left leaning views then any rights as regards impartial treatment can be suspended and any lies told to and misinformtaion spread to denigrate them. If you believe the Chairman did 'nothing different' then you were watching a different programme from the off a 'questioner' was selected who did not ask a question but made a statement that Griffin was specifically stopped from replying to, then we had a 'joke' poorly delivered and of no consequence at 'griffins' expense, then a concerted attack on one individual who when asked to make a comment on one item of news actually delivered a sensible answer, he did not get that chance again as the direction was again centered on the things they could sink him with and not on the purported aim of the programme to get diverse opinions across the political spectrum on current events.

PROPER perspective cannot ever be seen or understood without the other side of any argument or a non-opinionated explanation of a situation. I have heard many times that BBC Question Time is biased to the Left, biased to the Right, pro European, anti European, and to this day I can honestly say that I have never seen any bias at all. The panel is always evenly balanced, I have absolutely no idea what the political opinions may be of Fiona Bruce. No that was not the reason it disappeared. It was attacked in very dirty ways by the establishment, which in case you were wondering, is its own dictatorship. I followed the goings on of the BNP closely, not that I was a supporter, but for research reasons. The BNP were very popular amongst the working class. My main reason for not supporting them was they were clueless regarding economics, but then most of the working class are. They do all the non-thinking jobs.

Yes well that goes to show you: you can kill a person, but not what he has said. Killing people is easy compared to killing ideas. We see this throughout history. Someone stands up, the establishment shoot him, but what he stood for if anything gets strengthened as you have a martyr situation. Farage adopted a BNP lite approach and came first in the Euros and beat the Cameron government. Ironically it was the actions of the previous governments backing immigration so strongly that had created its antithesis, as per Newton's Third Law. Personally I think the Tories are all talk no action. They have found a way to sell politics, that's all it is.

I'll tell you the truth about the CPC. All they are concerned about is that their folk over in the UK get treated with decency and respect. That's all it is. Their interests in the politics of this country only go as far as how it affects their people. It is written into the constitution that they are not allowed to interfere with the running of other sovereign states. Their view is each government has 100% responsibility to its own people, and another government has no business interfering. This view cuts both ways, so if anyone tried to interfere with their government then likewise they are against it. Hong Kong was the latest example where they put the boot in as it were. What the CPC are trying to do in the UK is promote a friendly relationship between the Chinese people and the Brits. It's really innocent and we should respect that. No dirty tricks.

I followed the BNP reporting very closely as well as it was clear from the Parliament Green physical assault on Brons and Griffin that powerful forces were trying to ensure both a bad and inaccurate press and if that was not possible then detailed misinformation and physical assault. In terms of providing ammunition for that attack, the BNP were relatively easy meat however the public that turned to them were more interested in what they proposed to do as regards two very important aspects to many voters; the EU and mass immigration. Both were strongly supported in establishment circles yet widely reviled within the old Labour supporting group the British Working Class who after Blair and NewLabour found themselves with no place to call a political home.

Have you any examples of this similarity. I was not aware Griffin said anything untoward on the programme although they managed to rattle him a bit with the ferocity and planning of the attack.

Well i was IN a question time audience the day they came to Newport to give that idiot Shirley Williams some airtime when they should have been pointing out the stupidity of closing the Passport Office and i can tell you right off right now your ideas about the composition of the audience are incorrect. I was there and i saw the degree of infiltration of labour party workers and interns. And from my time in the lobby outside where we were given the illusion they would take questions from tbe audience, i saw and heard how that was rigged too

They barely got a million votes at their peak. It was an old-school left wing party that was a threat to the Labour party. It become a little more popular after Labour abandoned the working classes for corporate money, neo-con wars and soft genocide, but even then the BNP didn't have a big impact. The establishment shut them down not only in the world of media, but also in all public positions.

Nonsense, you've simply attempted to redraw the lines, where those who support protectionism, nationalisation and even socialism are deemed far-right. The BNP was old Labour. Some may say it was Labour with racism. Call it what you like, it was left wing.
