Are you saying nobody has the right to appeal? In short - Nope. That's not what he said. However, whether this guy should have a right to appeal a decision to remove him from the country after being found guilty of a crime of this nature, is another matter. Which is why I asked the question. To answer the second part your question that is,I think yes he should have the right to appeal,but once only. |

So your saying criminals shouldn't have the opportunity for Appeal Im Glad these pieces of Rubbish did and failed. That's a free democracy for you I’m not convinced thats what they said at all. They were convicted of a crime whose sentence includes being thrown out of the country They appealed against that part of the sentence And they were told to go pack their bags as they’re leaving And I rejoice at that news. Because it means they had their go at bewailing their fate and were told to go fuck themselves. So their pisshead lawyers can’t say they haven’t had the chance. Interestingly, don’t women in their country get strung in trees before they can lodge an appeal ? Maybe we should implement on them the law they would implement on others in the country they’re clearly citizens of or else one of those lawyers would block their expulsion. |
