Better question. I believe they have the right to due process. Is the right to due process a human right?

Let me ask you a question: Do you believe that Human Rights didn't exist in the UK prior to the Human Rights Act 1998 (which actually became law in 2000)?

Let me ask you a question: Do you believe that Human Rights didn't exist in the UK prior to the Human Rights Act 1998 (which actually became law in 2000)? Now you are going off piste according to your previous reply, though I’m happy to reply I’d appreciate you answer my question first.

Because I don't agree with endless appeals, potentially to foreign courts on UK domestic matters, when sufficient safeguards already exist within UK domestic law.
Now, if you'd answer my question.

Because I don't agree with endless appeals, potentially to foreign courts on UK domestic matters, when sufficient safeguards already exist within UK domestic law. Now, if you'd answer my question. Then if you don’t agree with endless appeals what you really mean is you’d like the human rights act amended? Regarding foreign courts you do appreciate all this stems from WW2,the holocaust and a desire to enshrine human rights across Europe all from the mind of one Winston S Churchill a well known lefty comrade. And to answer your question, yes rights did exist pre this act though the intention was to enshrine and strengthen them in one act.

Which is mainly now abused for the benefit of seemingly endless foreign criminals and their shyster lawyers.

Which is mainly now abused for the benefit of seemingly endless foreign criminals and their shyster lawyers. That’s not really an answer seemingly? a perception perhaps that there are no UK citizens who have pursued their human rights even up to a court in Europe that Churchill was instrumental in founding.

Let me make it easier for you: Perhaps you can tell us what rights you didn't have prior to 2000?

Let me make it easier for you: Perhaps you can tell us what rights you didn't have prior to 2000? Let’s not,and let’s not be patronising. Please answer the question I posed.

I refer you to the answer I gave some moments ago. That wasn’t an answer,,you posted that you wanted human rights binning presumably because you don’t like anyone having human rights. When are the victims going to have any rights? All these scroats who support and make money from this bullshit do not give a flying fig about the victims.
