Starmer's flapping because he can see the markets are happy with Sunak and his new cabinet, he fears the turbulence of the past few months will calm which will be reflected in the polls and the Tories will be on course for another election win in 2024. I'm not saying that will happen, but you can bet Starmer's worried about it. I'm prepared to give Sunak a chance to sort out both the financial mess the country is in and dump all the useless cabinet members. I was pleased to see him walk straight past a hopefully grinning Matt Hancock without a second glance. Hancock's grin disappeared immediately. www.express.co.uk/news/politics/1687141/Rishi-sunak-matt-hancock-embarrassing-moment-dodging-hug-PM-speech-vn

Can Rishi fix it? Sunak could DELAY Halloween Budget so he can 'get under the bonnet' of the nation's finances - as he holds crunch meeting with Chancellor, his first Cabinet and prepares for PMQs TODAY Rishi Sunak is said to be considering postponing a key financial announcement due on Halloween to give him more time to 'get under the bonnet' of the nation's finances. The new Prime Minister will convene his Cabinet this morning ahead of his first face-off with Labour's Keir Starmer at Prime Minister's Questions. But it comes amid reports that the highly anticipated spending announcement earmarked for Monday could be pushed back again. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11355727/Rishi-Sunak-DELAY-Halloween-budget-bonnet-nations-finances.html

Same old Tories believing the rules don't apply to them.
Braverman reappointed a few days after breaching the ministerial code, presumably to secure her support in a leadership race. Shameful behaviour - the sort of action that would be expected from Johnson. Seemingly you can change the tory occupant of No10 but the same stench of entitlement and corruption remains.

Emails were just the excuse dappy. We all know Braverman got the sack for the 90 minute shouting match beforehand. Dizzy Lizzy simply didn't like anyone calling a spade a space.

Will you be resigning your relatively new membership, Red?
Are you as disgusted by the fact that the Prime Minister has brown skin as you were by the fact that the London mayor has brown skin?
Do you still think the Tiverton and Wakefield byelection results were good for Boris Johnson?

Do you still think the Tiverton and Wakefield byelection results were good for Boris Johnson? I will not be resigning my membership, and I don't give a damn about the colour of Sunak's skin (You're obsessed with skin colour). Here's a prediction: If this government stop the illegal influx from the safe EU state of France, this government will win the next election, regardless of Sunak's skin colour.

Who cares what colour Sunak is, every one who says they don't like him as Prime Minister is now a racist FFS
This is what you have to deal with on a daily basis, people silenced because they are afraid to speak up in case they are branded with some bigoted label.

You are entitled to your political opinions of course Red.
You did care about the colour of the London Mayor's skin in fact you regarded it as an international embarrassment. Why is it different in this case?
I think we have all learned to give your political predictions the attention they deserve........
