Sheepy, rather posting a link, give us a bit of info, a tempter, then post the link. You choose which bit of an item you wish to post, but give your audience something For instance... ...Those prize numpties at the Bank of England, who were asleep at the wheel during the pandemic, printing money and allowing inflation to get out of control, have now admitted they've got their predictions for the British economy completely wrong, changing their forecasts of a year-long recession, to the biggest growth upgrade in history. Is a bit more interesting and likely to catch more people attention than... ... www.msn.com/en-gb/money/other/it-s-time-to-bin-the-boffins-we-d-be-far-better-off-with-idiots-in-charge-says-mark-dolan/ar-AA1b7jZE?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=54c0d3d324134639898634c947d4906b&ei=9

They can pick their own bits of interest as you did.

There is also a piece on it in the express as well, so peaking your interest is not my problem but theirs. You are merely the cannon fodder so to speak.

I hate to ask but why exactly did the BoE 'print' such enormous amounts of money?

But we tried that with Boris and Truss.

The way to treat boffins is thus...
ask them what their 'expertise' forecasts are, and what they think we should do to tackle it ...... then do the total opposite.

But we tried that with Boris and Truss.Β Wasn't it dead nag that stated some so called experts could not define a woman when he was defending the loser starmer? Funny how he could not name one of his mythical experts tho.

But we tried that with Boris and Truss. Wasn't it dead nag that stated some so called experts could not define a woman when he was defending the loser starmer? Funny how he could not name one of his mythical experts tho. While traditional notions of sex and gender suggest a simple binary β if you are born with a penis, you are male and identify as a man and if you are born with a vagina, you are female and identify as a woman β the reality, gender experts say, is more complex. "There isn't one single 'biological' answer to the definition of a woman. There's not even a singular biological answer to the question of 'what is a female,'" Jordan-Young said. There are at least six different biological markers of βsexβ in the body: genitals, chromosomes, gonads, internal reproductive structures, hormone ratios and secondary sex characteristics. None of the six is strictly dichotomous, Jordan-Young said, and the different markers donβt always align. Sarah Richardson, a Harvard scholar, historian and philosopher of biology who focuses on the sciences of sex and gender and their policy dimensions, said Jackson's answer accurately reflects legal practice. While U.S. law remains an unsettled arena for the conceptualization and definition of sex, it frequently grounds sex categorization in biological evidence and reasoning. But like Jordan-Young, Richardson emphasized that biology does not offer a simple or singular answer to the question of what defines a woman. Do you have a hat?

So basically they set up an argument which questions your own biological beginnings and created something which has become fashionable. If not at all scientific? which seems the way of mainstream science these days as they seem unsure about their own need for existence very often. Which it seems the original post might have said.

Now you're sounding like a boffin RR. π I'm sure there's some guy on You tube who can give you the proper answers.
