The illegal migrants and the people traffickers are using the weakness in law to exploit the UK. They are being aided and abetted by resident lefties . And aided by the EUSSR.

This was obvious to many of us years ago, except unfortunately a huge mass of idiot pensioners who keep voting for them. 60 percent of pensioners last time. No intention on my part of smearing the other 40 percent who display a bit more nous. But the Tories would not have won the last election were it not for the pensioner vote. It is that 60 percent of mean spirited and idiotic pensioners whom we the working age population are feather bedding, who are thanking us by inflicting these corrupt bastards on us. Are you saying the old members should not have a pension that they have paid for all their working lives? Bizarre to the extreme. So what's your answer the final solution maybe? Don't talk shit if you want to be taken seriously. I have never said pensioners should not get pensions, though I have in the past suggested that the better off ones do not need a host of other taxpayer-funded freebies, which they themselves would begrudge to anyone else. And I have news for you. Pensioners have not paid for their pensions all their lives. What they paid was used to fund current government expenditure. Pensions are always paid by the current workforce. When you were paying you were not paying for your own future pension - that is a myth. You were funding the pensions of those already retired. It has always been thus. When I retire it will be the working population funding my pension. As such I will be a damned sight more grateful than most of you today are and will not expect loads of freebies if I dont need them. Besides, in my post it was the utter mindless stupidity of the majority of pensioners in their voting habits which I was criticising rather than their incomes. Though I do think you greedy, selfish old buggers should be a whole lot more grateful to those of us who fund much of what you get, as I certainly will be when I retire.

They should never be considered as Asylum seekers when they have crossed channel illegally in dinghies, they are, and always should be classed as 'illegal' as in breaking UK laws, and for that reason they should always be denied Asylum status, the fact they have left France which is a perfectly safe country makes their claim for Asylum not valid.

If pensioners are voting for people that you don’t like then hard luck for you. It’s not about greedy or stupid pensioners, it’s you getting all unnecessary about democracy.

You pair talk about as much sense as the chuckle brothers. One of you spouts utter conspiracist bollocks. And the other says "indeed". Comedy gold. Thanks for the laugh. It has put me in a cheerful mood ready for work, lol Yes, work. That thing you used to do before you retired and discovered your sense of entitlement.

Yup. They should be considered as aliens who have used criminal organisations to be transported from an original safe haven to the uk for economic reasons . They are not asylum seekers , they are higher benefits seekers.

They are illegal migrants engaging in illegal activities, the fact they have paid criminals to illegally transport them to the UK makes the whole Asylum system a farce, I have no idea why the government and its legal team are dithering, and not kicking these criminals out of the UK, if a UK citizen participated in illegal activities we would be facing the courts and possible prison sentences, yet these illegal migrants appear to be above UK laws.

The law uses in the first instance "The Law" as written, in the second instance, law then uses precedence, due diligence and common sense or logical interpretation.
An Asylum Seeker is an Asylum Seeker from the very moment that they declare they are an Asylum Seeker, usualy to a representative of the government, or an official. This means a Police Officer, an Immigration Officer, a Customs Officer, a Coastguard officer etc.
If a refugee is to be arrested for illegal entry, we assume that the arrest will be made by either an Immigration Officer or a Police Officer, but upon confronting such an officer, a refugee will then declare that they are here to seek asylum.
I repeat again - that International Law which the UK is party to, seems to contradict the governments new Immigration Bill.
If this ridiculous government wish to make crossing the Channel Illegal, thereby barring such people from claiming asylum, then they need to consider removing the UK from the treaty.

They have used criminal organisations to gain access to the UK. They are no less criminals than if they washed up on our beaches with a kilo of drugs stuck up their jumper.
