Who would ever imagine you could lose your job over a slice of cake and sip of wine, if they want us to believe that's why he was ousted then they must think we are daft. Beergate starmer ate curry and drank beer, so why is he still in his job? Stinks to high heaven, Boris was the victim of a coup, he became a victim of his own success, something the Tories will struggle to rekindle with the public. Of course starmer had friends in the righ place and even helped shoehorn in the police and crime commissione into the postion in Durham. Who by the way was acussed of attending beergate and has never been proven that she didn't all we have is her word and we all know what lying twats labour are. Exactly, Starmer has low friends in high places, given the fact he was DPP, he must have pulled a few strings to make problems go away, like Savile.
He must have called in a few favours when he was caught in beergate, absolute sham and cover up, I just hope it all comes out one day, preferably a couple of weeks before the next general election, sink the Labour party once and for all.

That's odd. I'm sure some one on here said Starmer got away with it because the entire Durham police force were outraged lefties.

I guess the problem for the Tories is that Starmer has qualified for and held down a responsible job and actually made a success of it. Few of the current administration could claim the same — even when employing Johnson’s lax attitude to truth.
Unless the Tories quickly get a believable administration up and running and working to win the next election, they’re toast…

Saville proved the DPP needed to make yet ANOTHER change in its system. Starmer's job was to make the system run as it was designed to run. That was his job and that is what he did

Bring back Boris..? Is the choice of suitable candidates really so small that you would have to even consider such a step? If so, the UK is in a far worse position than I thought.

Saville proved the DPP needed to make yet ANOTHER change in its system... Oh he certainly did that. But it was never going to happen: Labour's always been chock full of paedos, makes you wonder how much dirt he had on the rest of them.

Well, he is the only one who was effectively elected by the British people to the post. With all the arm-waving nonsense and sudden switch-outs , i guess it's easy to lose track of this.

Just because the electorate made a mistake once doesn't mean they need to repeat it. It wouldn't be a repeated mistake by the electorate, it would just be going to back to what the lectorate decided once.
