Fairsociety I really think the Boris bubble has burst so having him back would be a disaster in the next election. I think he has become a liability.

Fairsociety I really think the Boris bubble has burst so having him back would be a disaster in the next election. I think he has become a liability. If he was running against any other leader than Starmer I would probably agree, but it wont be Boris success that wins the next general election it will be Starmers failings, Starmer so far has had a good run with partygate, and now this fiasco, but he can't keep banking on these lifelines to get him leads in the polls.
When a general election is on the horizon he'll have to start producing the goods, and so far we've seen nothing of any of his polices, in fact most of us don't even know what they are, so you see his luck will shortly start to run out, and the polls will swing back the other way, right now the talk of Johnson making a come back is the last thing Labour want to hear.

It seems only the idiots mate....And that is precisley why they are idiots. Well it's becoming increasingly clear why some posters have a limited insight in to the full spectrum of politics and political parties, if their only source is trotting to the newsagents every morning to buy their left wing newspapers, that's why they haven't a clue what goes on outside of that bubble. Left wing newspapers Lol! which are they? billionaires own most and i don't think many of those are left wing.

Well look on the bright side. If Johnson gets in and puts us in an even bigger shit hole than we are already in, at least you won't be blaming me for it.
Either Boris or Rishi should be sufficient to skupper Beer Korma
Happy days! Tell me something when you wake up in the morning. Does your eyes actually open. Along with two others on here. What a brilliant idea. Get the Rt Dishonourable serial racist liar Bojoke as a Prime Minister again. As his rectum sits on the bog of Number 10. The standard committee find him guilty of being a lying prat and award him 10 or more sitting days suspension. It can then trigger a bye election by his constituents under the Recall of MPs act. It has been triggered twice on mainland UK. Peterborough and Brecon in 2019. Now I know the wankers in Tory Westminster bring to a new level the meaning of the word imbecile. But even they are not that stupid. I can just see it. As he enters number 10. There it is. A suspension and another £130,000 of taxpayers money on top of his wallpaper wasted on this moron. Then his constituents trigger a by election. Well he might even take the record of Distruss. As the tosspot go into a weekly choice of PM. As the lettuce becomes famous. I do understand moves are afoot by real Conservative to stop him www.walesonline.co.uk/news/uk-news/boris-johnson-could-trigger-election-24548837

Fairsociety I really think the Boris bubble has burst so having him back would be a disaster in the next election. I think he has become a liability. I disagree - i think the 'Boris crisis' was substantially manufactured by the media with allied forces, and actually had very little to do with the UK public. That's not an endorsement of Boris btw. In many ways i think he is flawed. Flawed, but nonetheless legitimate.

Those being The Mail, The Express, The Sun, The Star, The Time, and The Telegraph, compared to the Independent, Guardian, and Daily Mirror

I actually think Bojo could win this and because first MP in British history to hold the position of Prime Minister twice! It's said he's expected to get the 100 votes by MPs come Monday. Then he is HUGE favourite with the Tory membership, who never wanted him gone in the first place. Prime Ministers who were prime minister more than once *(with gaps in between) William Pitt the younger Arthur Wellesley William Lamb Robert Peel Henry John Temple Edward Smith Stanley Benjamin Disraeli William Ewart Gladstone - 3 times! Robert Gascoyne-Cecil - 3 times! Stanley Baldwin Ramsey McDonald Winston Churchill Harold Wilson

The problem is Bojo cannot keep a serious face when he needs to as he always knows too much and so is fallible.
There will be people queuing up for ideas to trip him up with the media hyperbole tipped off to make the most of it and if that happens just before a GE,it would be even worse.
