The problem was revealed to Boris so the responsibility to take some action rested with him. If the responsibility to keep the reserves up to date rested elsewhere and it had been overlooked then those responsible would be oblivious of the problem because Boris would have been the only one with the information. It seems that the information got no further than Boris. Do you know whether or not Boris rattled a few cages once he knew of the situation? There is better than a fair chance he and Starmer knew exactly what was going on, by their own actions while telling everyone else something completely different.

A common excuse for excusers of Tory governments who always run down the NHS, is that there are too many managers in the NHS, but FACTS tell a different story.
Fact Number 1 ... generally in the private sector, the ratio is 15% management of total workforces
FAct Number 2 ... The ratio of managers in the NHS is around 4% ( The Kings Fund )
Those that push this nonsense, always ignore the truth and the reality that the NHS has over the duration of time since 2011, recieved the LOWEST increases in annual funding in the entire history of the NHS.
But PLEASE dont let facts or the truth get in the way of those that promote Daily Mail theories

Well it did use double digit numbers so it probably was beyond you. You used BS as you always do. And no one's backing you Probably because most people can work out in their head that the numbers of people that fell off ladders or under cars etc within 28 days of a positive test is in the big picture of 200,000+ deaths bugger all. Especially as it's know some people died of Covid over 28 days after testing positive

Correlation is evidence of possible causation. No it isn't. It certainly is not disproof of causation. True. For the same reason that it isn't evidence/proof. But well done Steve on contradicting yourself. You almost saved me the effort!

Broken NHS, too many managers and pen pushers not enough front line, constantly giving them more money is not the answer and they are no longer the envy of the world. Dont see many Spanish, French, German etc coming to the UK for the NHS but we still cling to the delusional idea that we are the best.
A&E delays 'may have killed 23,000 Brits last year' as health experts warn staggering 1.6MILLION Brits faced 12-hour waits There were 1.66million people in England waiting more than 12 hours in A&E This is according to a report by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine
Everything was bigger than the pandemic.
To see an entire nation running around like blue arsed flies over a touch of the flu was bloody embarrassing

But well done Steve on contradicting yourself. You almost saved me the effort! Remedial English lessons are available for you. Clearly you need them with your basic inability to understand the difference between proof and evidence. Or maybe you could get yourself a dictionary, maybe you need what one of those is explained to you.

Proof;
evidence or argument establishing a fact or the truth of a statement. "you will be asked to give proof of your identity"
Perhaps you should try the dictionary, Stevie!

Any normal person would be worried about the quatam leap of those dying since the pandemic who were and are still being let down by our bottomless money pit called the NHS.

Toreador ... "Aha, that must be whey the NHS is so much better organised than the private sector."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually its difficult to compare, mainly because there is no private sector organisation which is anywhere near as big as our NHS.
However, research done some time ago, again for "The Kings Fund", found that a routine procedure ( Cataract removal ), was both cheaper and more efficiently done by the NHS as compared to the private sector.
I personaly find the NHS to be very efficient, I order prescriptions on-line, and they are then transfered to the pharmacy of my choice, and if I call the local hospital or GP centre, someone actually answers ... FROM the hospital or GP Centre, as opposed to the private sector, where someone would probably answer you eventually, from Bombay or Delhi.

Attack the source rather than the substance eh? LOL! But you're still wrong.
Tell you what, Stevie - why don't you go argue with the Oxford Dictionary?
Meanwhile, have a "Golden Whoiney" for your spectacular own goal!
