As far as I am concerned the rejection is justice. It's you who is sympathising with the ISIS chick. I feel more for those who were burnt alive in cages by those she joined voluntarily. So why do we bring murderers back to this country to stand trial, can't we just leave them in Tenerife or where ever they flee too. They're either british citizens or have committed crimes in this country. |

Because under UK law, anyone who commits murder in the UK can be tried here. Likewise any UK citizen can be tried here for a murder that they committed anywhere in the world.
So your point stands if you're saying that Begum is a murderer. Are you?

Just because something CAN be done does not mean it SHOULD be done. And war criminals have been prosecuted elsewhere … I admit i wouldn’t trust many Islamic states to do the job properly … |

Very unconvincing evidence of any serious crime.
