. . .I don't have the remotest issue with what you said. I would far prefer you said what you thought rather than worry about being polite (or even correct) Cheers but to placate my all new latest stalker I thought I ought to comply with the rules (that say if I call something .....ic then I have to explain why. I seriously disagree, there's always a balance between freedom, leadership and control and similarly between acting for the overall benefit v acting to protect all/most of the vulnerable and people being individuals will always have different sometimes passionately different views on where those balances should be. But to suggest the aim is to humiliate? Come on, really? Viewing all events that have happened in the UK in the last 25 years one has to wonder what the aim is as regards the British Population as it existed in 1997 and as it still exists in diminished numbers in the present day. One would be classified as a Paranoic or a conspiracy theorist if one did so wonder however adding it all up very little was enacted for their overall benefit as a group and many things were brought about against their specific expressed objections in polls, in elections and in public. There is a long list and humiliation seems like a very apt word to use as an aim of what has occurred. Perhaps you think that in the last 25 years the British populace have been controlled by governments that have their best interests at heart. There is much evidence to counter that.

No I don't think that, we have government after government implementing their vision for what is best for the country AND their chances of re-election. But to portray that that isn't perfection or even good for everyone as some sort of planned humiliation is paranoic.

No I don't think that, we have government after government implementing their vision for what is best for the country AND their chances of re-election. But to portray that that isn't perfection or even good for everyone as some sort of planned humiliation is paranoic. The visions they have are not the ones presented to the electorate for their consideration, the controls they propose are not the ones enacted when they attain power, the societies they build are not indicated as being the ones they sold to the electorate. These things are so at odds the only explanation that makes sense is that it is intended to be Labour 1997 manifesto "I believe in Britain. It is a great country with a great history. The British people are a great people. But I believe Britain can and must be better: better schools, better hospitals, better ways of tackling crime, of building a modern welfare state, of equipping ourselves for a new world economy." That went off pretty soon and the 'great history' bit was at extreme odds with what they subsequently did to, and are still doing to British history. I have been through the manifesto several times and could not find a reference to Multiculturalism, however it popped up frequently after the election as though it was a natural thing.

Not at all but advice is just that, advice. We also do not know the details of said advice or the voracity of it. Remember Tories lie. Oh piss off, you're just an apologist for some of the detritus. Justice is best served cold.

Meanwhile Begum is still stuck in a Syrian refugee camp. Long may that continue.

It is clear that, for some issues, the government is determinedly (long term) on one side and the bulk of the population is on another. In another words, the government's stance isn't so much about about balancing anything but rather simply selecting the wishes of the government (themselves) over the wishes and interests of the bulk of UK's population. In these circumstances it would be quite natural for a government to see its population as some kind of long term political enemy that needs to be discouraged, de-motivated and demoralised. If the government signal repeatedly that this opposition's objections will make no difference, then you are training their acquiescence (or attempting to). This breaks down into two parts - 1) That the government does have a strong, long term stance which is in conflict with the bulk of its population (I don't think this is controversial) 2) That as a result of 1, the government sees the bulk of its population as a political enemy and is prepared to use psychological warfare in what it sees as a political struggle. 1 I think is not that controversial and 2 is not preposterous given 1

So for a start a disagreement is not the same as intent to humiliate And then your perceptions of the government's 'side' and the 'bulk of the population' seem to be based on your gut and not any objective polls or other data. So without such I don't believe you. That the bulk of the intending to vote population (66%) currently supports Labour or the Libs or SNP or Greens rather suggests you are very wrong. What you cannot escape is that she said she was ok with the beheadings and the Manchester bombing was justified which if you support isis comes as no surprise,it was only after her citizenship was removed she changed her tune, she wasn’t being groomed when she stated the former.so imo is a devious personality more than able to think her way round things.

I suppose it depends on what is meant by 'groomed'.
The SIAC judgment refers to another case, Tower Hamlets and B. It would seem that the children of that household were all groomed. Not by the agents of ISIS via surreptitious use of the internet, but by their parents.
I must say I was quite shocked when I read it.

Maybe you could join the Jihadis and smash up a part of our heritage. You know, like BLM and the rest of the far-left mobs do. Because I think British justice should be executed, I'm a terrorist sympathiser, don't talk such rubbish. As far as I am concerned the rejection is justice. It's you who is sympathising with the ISIS chick. I feel more for those who were burnt alive in cages by those she joined voluntarily.

So why do we bring murderers back to this country to stand trial, can't we just leave them in Tenerife or where ever they flee too.
